PROCESSING

Consider this report to be full of fun conversation starters for you and God. Pay attention to what resonates and what you may feel led to pray into more.

Try reading it literally once. Everyone has their own lexicon with God, and He knows exactly which words and symbols are included in yours.

After that, we suggest going back and reading it again through metaphorical glasses to see what is cloaked for interpretation.

Search the deeper meaning for things that may not be obvious at first glance.

Sometimes a word will be relevant to you immediately; other times, it won’t make sense because it is meant for a later date. If anything in this report doesn’t resonate with you at all, feel free to simply ignore it, because we can certainly swing and miss.

One of the beautiful things about the prophetic is that an amalgamation of different words is like a puzzle that comes together to give the recipient a picture of what God may be saying at any given point in time.

Jigsaw puzzles often have one thing going on in the background and something else in the foreground; with the prophetic, you can choose which images come into focus.

Ultimately, the purpose of prophecy is so that we may know Him better (Ephesians 1:17).

Our intent with prophetic reports is to encourage, exhort, and edify.

PROCESSING

INTELLIGENCE

You are a house of refuge a place where heaven's peace remains a fortress for the lost. You are hidden in plain sight but very recognizable to those who are searching for hope and love.

You are carrier's of healing. Your words are weighty, they fall and bring instant healing. He's placed an anointing of healing words over you. It's almost like what your speaking is breaking and completely shattering roots and lies that have plagued people for years or over their entire life. I see Him gifting you a sword with 3 blades. All of the blades look the same, silver with gold engraved words in the middle between the blades, with slight differences. The first sword is engraved with the word courage, the second is engraved with faith, the third with hope. The reason they’re on the sword is because it's the tools He's equipping you with to fight for what He's bringing to you because it's not going be easy. It will first take courage, then faith to see it through, which will in the end provide hope for generations to come.

I saw a picture of a person down at the river side. They’re standing under a big shade tree skipping rocks. I heard with each skip it gets better and better.

I see the father bringing and sending people out. I see almost a hub for people who don't know who they are, being taught identity and being sent out. Then they are returning with people who they once were. I feel the father saying you’re to provide a canvas for them to paint on. Something they will one day look at and say, "that's beautiful" and that looks like what I shared before teaching them Identity, letting them know they’re loved and worthy, until they can speak that over themselves.

He's releasing a supernatural rest in this season. He is breaking off worry and anxiety, replacing it with rest and joy in full. It will be a laughing joy that breaks the enemies plans and destroys them in an instant.

Ericson B. You are like BDF Soldiers. You are watchmen on the wall.

Heaven's title over you is Love & Men of War. You carry weapons for war. Not to harm people, but to protect the innocent ones at all times. You are peace makers. Not peace keepers. But you have to carry peace on the inside (your heart) in order to make peace around you.

Your assignment is to defeat the giants in the land and be the watchman on the wall. It looks like some of you will be on call 24/7, taking turns. During the night you keep watch. During the day you keep watch. You see danger before its dangerous and will be able to disarm it.

Consider viewing yourselves as powerful as the M32 grenade launcher. I know nothing about guns etc, but I saw M32 and felt the need to look up what it means. This is what google says. The M32 is a multiple-shot grenade launcher used by U.S. Army special forces as well as conventional troops.

Unlike single-shot grenade launchers such as the Mk13 which need to be reloaded after every shot, the M32 can fire all six of its grenades in rapid succession.

See yourselves through the eyes of the one who created you. When you release what’s inside of you it will create explosions around you. You will not run out of supplies because heaven has an unlimited amount available.

INTELLIGENCE

Top priorities for this season is rebuilding the walls for the watchmen to have a solid foundation to work on. Lay down your rights to be right. Be careful not to harm or hurt anyone with your explosive tools. Also lay down a spirit of defeat and pick up a new bold and courageous spirit. Like David, he wasn’t restricted with lack of army supplies and tools. He used what he had. Stones.

Revive new and courageous mindsets. You are an overcomer and this ministry plays an important role for the well being of others. I see you will need strong Godly mentors for this ministry to thrive in this season.

Key words for this season are to Focus on building your foundation strong. Tear down what’s not right, and rebuild it right. The focus is on strengthening the Spiritual foundation. When that’s solid, all the rest will fall into place. God will give the leaders & team strategy for building and rebuilding in the natural. I see some buildings being renovated and new ones being built. But the focus for this year is on the spiritual foundation of the people in the ministry. Some of the team members/staff have a firm and healthy spiritual foundation. But some individuals need to tear down old mindsets and their own strong willed ways, in order to to rebuild their spiritual foundation in a healthy way. The good news is that most of them are willing and ready to tear down and rebuild a better spiritual foundation. A Godly mentor is what will help them and they will grow at an accelerated speed of restoration that’s lining up with the Fathers heart for them and this ministry. For the next step they will need tools from someone with more experience for team work in building this ministry.

Prepare for the next season by investing in the leaders. I see that possibly God will send someone in the next 6 months that will be a key person to pour into your team for growth of the team and the ministry. His heart for you is to explode with greatness. What you activate inside of you will be activated around you.

The solution is Compassion!! Compassion for people and compassion for your ministry.

Be at peace knowing you are connected to the right source. You have a stream of life and light coming in and you will excel as you leave the door open for truth to be spoken over your ministry.

On a side note; sometimes truth hurts at the moment but its still sooo vital for healthy growth.

Invest in the leaders. God wants to first grow you on the inside so you can be powerful on the outside. Great teamwork comes from many individual leaders who know their identity. It will lead to safety of the people in the land. Our country will thrive like never before. And the nations around us will honor and respect our country. Families will be restored and thrive.

I heard the Father saying that M32 is a covering of peace and hope. A provider of truth and love.

They are fire carriers and their name is Burning Ones and Heavens title over them is Calm, Robust and Defenders of My heart.

Some of the gifts, tools and skills that M32 carries are, public speaking, creativity, truth based, kingdom management, there's someone who is either prophetic or a prophet in M32, probably a female.

I heard M32 main assignment is to breakdown walls of deception and build new walls of God’s truth and to build teams that will provide support for the generations to come. It’s going to be a journey with a sustainable cycle for others to learn and teach others.

INTELLIGENCE

M32 can start doing outreach, small events to promote what God is doing with them and also train, equip, and deploy new believers to replicate what God is doing in M32.

M32 priorities are: family, preparation, and tuning in to God’s plan over you (M32) I heard that M32 needs to revive their focus on Papa and step into their gift as a family and be steadfast.

Some key words for this season are listen keenly, dig deeper, follow my commands, plan with spiritual guidance, run with boldness.

M32 believes in truth of the gospel and they can start preparing by developing unity amongst them, encouraging each other in love, forgiveness and haha moments of joy bombs.

I heard the word freedom for the next couple of months, bravery and discernment, legacy and generational wealth of the Spirit. I saw a precious one, fresh anointing and risk taking mind set.

The Father’s dreams and vision for M32 are: To be a world changer for Christ and to be devoted My work by being followers of Jesus.

Vision is to develop others and bring heaven to earth and model God’s love over our community, family, and build kingdom relationship as we move into new areas.

Your strategies are build each other, love each other, create a freedom environment to advance God’s kingdom and God first.

Listen as you go through the chaos I have called you to represent me in the midst of chaos, be bold, courageous and open minded to how the Spirit will lead you. I declare a fruitful experience, rich with love, clarity, and solutions to new issues.

Psalms 32:8 John 10:27-28 Jeremiah 33:3 1 Corinthians 16:13-14 Francis R. He calls you Torch barrier's. Jeremiah 33:3 Call to Me, and I will answer you, and show you great and mighty things, which you do not know.’

You are supernatural. All your 4 walls.

Your foundation I'm laying to be firm and strong.

You are a great people, a mighty people.

I am your fortress, the rock I saw this huge castle. It was very huge on a huge property. The property had beautiful landscape and a river too. Its a sunny bright and beautiful day.

As I look deeper and closer I saw that there were markings on the door. A huge crown and lots of flowers being carved out that you cant miss. The crown is a representation of the King of Kings The flowers on the door is a representation of what is inside.

INTELLIGENCE

I knocked, because at first I felt fear, because the door was too huge and tall, but I knocked and it opened, it opened like a vision. I saw a huge table and a lot of people sitting and talking. The room wasn't silent. It was filled with people talking. They were dressed like in history days with huge apparels like a dancing ball and in the first section was the dinning area, it was mix with flowers, vines and fountains. Nothing on earth look like that to me.

It was full with wonder.

It looked like a real garden, everyone was enjoying themselves, as i look closer I noticed everyone focus and attention was on Jesus and only Jesus. He was dressed in His royal clothing, His robe of white.

The room looked elegant and I realized this room was called "Communion and Fellowship with the King". They were eating fruits. Just fruits and most of it was grapes.

I ask again what is this about and why am I here?

Because nobody saw me in the room.

What was strange is the cups and plates were all made of glass, shiny and all different sizes and shapes. None of them were the same.

What I saw, is what God the Father desires, as in John, where Jesus is the living Vine.

In conclusion this is a "House of Communion, Relationship, Fellowship, Bonding. Covenant Dining, Abiding, and Dwelling with the King". It's a place of rest and worship. God desires habitation. He desires to have a place of rest, for Him as well. He desires intimacy. He desires connection, heart to heart, spirit with Spirit. It seems like this ministry have a very high position in Gods kingdom, not like others, but they have a mandate from Heaven to create a place called home for those who needs a home. They need the presence of God, to remain, to stay, tangible in their midst. The abiding presence of God. His glory. They are called Levites. They have the responsibility of the Levites.

I felt like the Holy Spirit is saying this ministry holds a high position in the kingdom of God, as beacons over their region and that they own everything their feet step on, because their ministry is not like everyone else's but its marked with a special seal of grace and Kingdom-ship. He gave all the qualities that is given to it to make it succeed and prosper like a royal palace in England.

I felt like He was saying that He has His seal on this ministry or His eyes on them as Kings and Queens, to carry out His mandate of true leadership, true worship, true relationship, and true kingdom-ship. They represent the greatest King above all. They are to rise above all forces and foes that come against them. They are a place of refuge like Isaiah 61 says. They are strong and healthy.

They are free and redeemed. They are powerful and Gods kingdom is their kingdom. They are a place of refuge for many hurting souls. When the broken come they get healed. They look like a hospital helping everyone that comes to them and they go to others.

Lastly, They are a Fathers and Mothers to the fatherless and motherless, the orphans and widows, the poor and needy, and they supply each needs, because God is their provider. Just as England has kings and queens, and their country is governed by either a king or queen or both, so this ministry has the potential to do the same in our nation, wherever the Holy Spirit leads them.

The will be an oasis in the desert places.

INTELLIGENCE

Min 32 is a Ministry of Reformers. They are taking the light and salt and rearranging the face of the earth with the gospel. Heaven's Title over Min 32 is Reformers, they are reforming the people they impact into what God wants them to look like with Heaven's blueprint.

They carry all the giftings, in some capacity or another, as they join hands with people around them. Even the number 32 picked for this exercise. 3 The Blessed Holy Trinity is with them and 2 the Scripture 2 walking together is better than one (Ecclesiastes 4:9-12). It is building relationship and learning to trust God and men that will propel this Ministry forward. Invest in people and build relationships with those around you and watch the business/ministry flourish because each person surrounding this venture has a value God has put in them. Listen to the advice of others intently, weigh their words with God and if you feel led to carry out the idea implement it.

The top priority for M32 in 2023 is to seek God and get back to the core of the mission. Do not busy your hands with many things. Remember why God charged you to start this Ministry. What was you original vision that you wrote down and made plain as The Scripture (Habakkuk 2:2-3) says? Go back to that Word from the Lord and do it with all that is in you. God has not changed His mind about the mandate over you so do not stray from His Original Plan. He knows what He is doing in and through you.

Trust in The Lord is key. Things He does or instructs you to do WILL seem strange but trust Him because His ways are perfect! There is a Huge emphasis on trust. The leader of the Ministry or head of the organization has had some personal stuff happen in their life even growing up that has made them weary of trusting. God says do not let your personal bias get in the way of leading this Ministry, yield to Me says The Lord.

This season is a time of laying down what they wanted to see happen. Seek The Heart of God as to what He wants it to look like. It is important to remember that you are building for God and His outcome and yours may be very different. It is not a time to labour in vain (Psalms 127:1). Lay down your expectations and grab ahold of His for the Ministry and remember that God is watching over His Word to perform it (Jeremiah 1:11-12) so receive Grace to run because He wants your Ministry to succeed for His Kingdom more than you do.

A blueprint or picture of what He wants to build with you is a Leadership Training Facility. Where you will be training leaders to find out their individual gifts and how to use them. Oversee the leaders as they go out to exercise what they have been taught. Follow up with them in their community and look to see where they can continue to exercise both their leadership skills and God given abilities in their work force and daily lives. This will be a wholistic training that not just equips but also follows up to disciple them in their journey.

This leadership training looks like... what did Jesus do in His training of the disciples? He immersed Himself in their lives and showed them by example how to pray, heal, and treat others. Don't assume they know, teach them as babes and train them from scratch. Renew their mind with their strengths and address their weaknesses in love.

Planning a leadership course takes time and attention to detail. Plan first before inviting people to partake in it. Also, pray for the leaders throughout the time you are training them. Commit them to prayer not in a shallow way but in earnest supplication to God for their destiny.

INTELLIGENCE

I heard “Ministry 32 is a daughter and mother. She walks in the youthfulness of play, and the wisdom of adulthood. She is open to opportunity without burnout and closed to poor decision making.

Heavens title over them is “peace maker and litigator” “a bridge maker” Their main assignment is to bridge the gap between generations. But most proficiently to millennials and Gen Z’ers. I felt like this came down to actual legal aid and providing opportunities to find common ground where there would usually not be. I saw counseling services, or the ability to help negotiate legal/counseling services.

I saw a road and heard “straight on. Straight ahead". Their destiny is sealed and they just need to continue to head the way they planned, and the necessities will come along without elaborate searching. Their direction will be easy to follow and obvious to see.”

Conceal the hidden things. I heard there’s a snake among the weeds. One that would otherwise be helpful in certain situations, but has a loose tongue. A person who has a problem keeping secrets. I heard this years priority is making sure to only keep the ones that need to know, in the know.

Another priority is to capture the heart of Jesus as mediator. M32 must understand how Jesus works as a mediator, and use this as their guide to ministry.

I saw a road laying down and I heard “lay down the old ways. Your path is not the normal business model.” Revive the forgotten roads. Work to maintain relationships long forgotten. Don’t be afraid to rekindle old relationships. Step into the water and don’t look back. Soon you’ll be over your head.

Practically I saw new classes, and new education for M32.

Key scriptures: Isaiah 41:3 and 4 ““He pursues them, passing on in safety, By a way he had not been traversing with his feet. “Who has performed and accomplished it, Summoning the generations from the beginning? ‘I, the Lord, am the first, and with the last. I am He.’ ”” Key Words: “Grasshopper” “Dignity” “Joy” Prepare with simple tasks. The timing of your destiny be finished in 25 years, so it doesn’t need to be perfect from the start. A solid foundation is best for it helps in the long term.

I didn’t see much change over the next six months, or it was hidden from me. In the next 3 years I saw a new office building/meeting space, bustling with people working on different tasks. In 5 Years I saw new connections, and people of influence speaking of you. More connections and opportunities will come by the word of mouth from your past relationships. In 10 years, M32 will be established and recognized. New business/ministry opportunities won’t even need to be sought out. They’ll be coming to you. You’ll have a waiting list, with seemingly a never ending stream of clients.

In 25 Years, I saw different people in charge, but carrying the same heartbeat. In 25 years, I see 3 leaders like Kings. The first for a long time will lead. Perhaps 19 years. The 2nd will not lead long, a year or less. And the 3rd will be just a few years into her leadership.

INTELLIGENCE

Dream and Vision for M32: To be a place of leadership, a greenhouse for leadership. Character building from top to bottom and back up. The dream would be that arrogance never resides in the hearts of leadership or grows in the gardens of its affiliates.

You are FIRE BALLS filled with HOLY SPIRIT. Heaven's titles are: Children of GOD, Royalty.

Your main assignment is Ministers and prophets fulfilling the Word.

You are Shining Stars, Winners, Seeking Souls, Like a tree that people can come under and rest.

You are to plan with the wise. You will be like a volcano erupting through the world.

There are some lies from the enemy holding some. Take time to worship more.

You will be going to a higher level.

Dorma Y. As I was seeking the Lord for you I heard him say FULL OF GRACE, Compassionate and Merciful.

He calls you Grace and Glory.

You carry an anointing for worship warfare. Worship is your breaker. You have a sword to divide soul, spirit and the physical. He wants you to use your discernment to get to the root of issues that need to be resolved, cut out if you will, and replaced it with new seed.

A key for this season is to do everything with the utmost of integrity – honor to whom honor is due etc – nothing can be done ‘under the table’. You must outshine the rest. Establish core values.

Lay down any partnerships/relationships that do not encourage your core values. If/when you have staff weekly/bimonthly at least meet with them and find out how they are doing, what are their needs, what is the Lord telling them. Be sure to pray with and over them. You may want to consider pulling out old journals and prophetic words to remember what the Lord told you, where you started, where you are now, and where the Lord told you He wanted to take you.

God gave me this Scripture: 2 Timothy 1:6 “For this reason, I remind you to fan into flames the gift of God which is in you by the laying on of my hands.”

We fan things into flame by blowing on them and stirring up the coals – Papa is breathing His Ruach of life on your dreams and visions that He has given to you. He who began a good work in you will be faithful to complete it. Phil 1:6 Key phrase: Stir it up!

I feel as though the Holy Spirit is breathing fresh wind and fresh fire on your ministry. If there are things He has asked you to do but you have not due to misplaced grace or mercy – do it and you will see the fruit over the coming months.

INTELLIGENCE

Papa is saying, write the vision and make it plain – you have been given the design – write it.

Restructure your life around what you know the Father has given you – Don’t deviate from the assignment. Run every idea through the vision He has given you . Run every ask (request) through the vision He has given you. Don’t fear anything. He is with With You. He is also saying not to take on assignments He has not assigned to you. He is going before you opening doors that no man can shut. FAVOR FAVOR FAVOR!

Deborah B. You are a doctor ministry. Heaven calls you miracle workers and perseveerers. Heaven's title over you is Miracle Workers. You carry healing, teaching, faith. Your main assignment being like a doctor, providing money for medical needs, and ministering to the needy. Ones that need healing and help.

Partnering with heaven by partnering with churches and praying with God. Lay down unbelief.

Revive your faith for healing. Key words for this season are healing and faith.

In the next 6 months to a year there will be supernatural explosions. In the next 3 years you will experience growth in healings. In the next 5 years there will be overall growth. In 10 years more growth. In 25 years, growth in every aspect.

Written on your scrolls is the word peace. Father's dreams and vision for you is to grow. His blue print for this is to have a more intimate relationship with Him. Keep moving on no matter what. You are conquerors and warriors.

Joshua D. The Father sees you as a ‘Funnel of Light’. Where many have an uphill battle to step into the things of God, you bear of Funnel of Light from the Father, that people can jump in and literally SLIDE into the core of deeper things of God… while Delighting in the ride.

You are called…

BELOVED, Warriors with an axe, Guardians and Gatekeepers, Fierce in the Day of Battle.

Your are carriers of the Multi-colored LIGHT. Glory Light. Light that dispels darkness. (Not just moving darkness… but completely eliminating it) Your assigned station includes a location. A territory. The kings of your territory will be SWEPT out like with a broom and the KINGS Reign is established even now. This is not in part. This is a complete work you are called to… even as an example or a model for others.

In partnering with God, take the air (2nd heaven). Take the airwaves. Release Glory thru sound. You have people with the needed skills. Some of these skills you may not even know are in your group.

They are residing as hobbies or even side interests within your people.

For 2023: INSTILL GREATNESS, IDENTITY, VALUE, AND HONOR. Climb up some steps higher (may be a literal stairway).

Joke – Laugh – Enjoy while at the same time understand you are on WEIGHTY – HOLY – Territory.

INTELLIGENCE

This year look at Isaiah 1:19 The colors RED and WHITE carry great weight.

Also study Daniel chapter 3 regarding the FOUR MEN IN THE FIRE. The Name the Lord is meeting you as is; The LORD GOD OF HOSTS, THE MIGHTY ONE OF ISRAEL. Key Words: Supernatural, Delight, Humbleness, Awe. Your Scroll is written in Red. The brilliance of the setting sun is yours. The MAN OF HOPE arises up through you and keeps rising as you LOOK UP.

The Father’s dream for you is the Brilliance of IQ, EQ AND SQ. A shining one of eternity Blueprints and solutions given to you include steps involving KEYS. Get some Keys made. NOT A FEW As a comfort you enjoy HIGH PLACES and seeing from high places. Enjoy with Holy Spirit helicopter rides, airplanes, canyons and other places with great depth of sight.

Susan B You are Sons and daughters who carry My heart to display My glory Title in heaven : Santa’s Workshop As I prayed I saw what appeared to be the inside of two palms on top of the other and I felt like the Lord was saying that their hands carry Gods protection, favor, and anointing. They display this in their personal lives and as a group. They also carry the gift of peace.

The assignment for 2023 is for REFORMATION for personal lives and also for the people they get to touch and impact on a daily basis.

Reformation is reshaping and bringing back the original or purpose or intent of Gods plans for the mission of the ministry. There will be reshaping of minds to the truth of who Jesus is and the Gospel.

This is demonstrated by their work, beliefs, culture, and core values which reflect Jesus and how pure they live out the Gospel.

You may want to consider holding on to the promises of God already given. Continue to move forward persevering for God is faithful. Keep believing that the promise God gave your ministry is as true today as the day He gave it.

INTELLIGENCE

Put aside any opinions of others not rooted in the word of God and His promise.

Close the doors to other people or organizations that may not or does not have Jesus as the center. Nurture and revive passion for His word.

Don’t be afraid of NEW ground both physical and spiritual which may seem unfamiliar.

KEY words ASSERTIVENESS, AGGRESSIVENESS (in the spirit) A reshuffling and restructuring season is coming and will be necessary for the work of the ministry to continue and be effective in the kingdom. God's dream and heart is to see you grow in wisdom and truth to continue showcasing His glory through your lives and those the ministry reaches.

There is a vision of increase. Work for the increase in harvest that God is bringing.

I felt the Lord was saying that your target and assignment for 2023 is the heart of man for the revelation of Jesus.

Ministry 32 is a ministry that focuses on Family and healing. God calls you my shepherd who are ready to tend to my lost sheep. Heaven's title over you is Abraham! Given this name because they carry the prophetic mantle and also has unwavering Faith!

This Ministry carries hope to others. They carry a staff to lead God’s people Into the fullness of life.

They are anointed in the declarations they speak over their church and in an extension the ones they pray for. They are gifted in healing. They are carriers of Grace.

Your assignment is to strengthen and equip Families to serve God sincerely and discover their Godly purpose. This looks like heaven on Earth. Peace and unity. Healing in the homes.

Partner with heaven by strengthening your internal intercessory team. I see you moving forward faster as the core of M32 unites and tap into heavens heart together with Praise nights to get heavenly wisdom on assignments. I see you fully relying on Father for the next step.

You are Deep people of Faith.

Your top priorities are Family, tapping into heavens peace, and seeking heavenly wisdom on next steps.

Lay down your expectations on how you think it will work. Listen for the Lord's direction and wait for confirmation through scriptures or a Holy Spirit. Revive Family gatherings. I saw a picnic by the water.

Step into unwavering Faith to carry you deeper in the assignments you are pursuing. Trust that God will meet you.

Psalm 37:5 Commit your way to the Lord; trust in him, and he will act.

INTELLIGENCE

God has written it on the scrolls that M32 will be leaders of Nations. Psalm 33:12: Blessed is the nation whose God is the LORD; and the people whom he hath chosen for his own inheritance.

Fathers vision and dream for M32 is that you will walk boldly on the land that He has given you. Father wants to reassure you that He has prepared you for such this time. He will not cause you to go to make a sacrifice without supplying the sacrifice offering for you. God is supplying your every need.

In 25 Years: I saw different people in charge, but carrying the same heartbeat. In 25 years, I see 3 leaders like Kings. The first for a long time will lead. Perhaps 19 years. The 2nd will not lead long, a year or less. And the 3rd will be just a few years into her leadership.

Growth in every aspect I see them sending people to be leaders of the nation.

Trust in The Lord is key. Things He does or instructs you to do WILL seem strange but trust Him because His ways are perfect! There is a Huge emphasis on trust. The leader of the Ministry or head of the organization has had some personal stuff happen in their life even growing up that has made them weary of trusting. God says do not let your personal bias get in the way of leading this Ministry, yield to Me says The Lord.

Conceal the hidden things. I heard there’s a snake among the weeds. One that would otherwise be helpful in certain situations, but has a loose tongue. A person who has a problem keeping secrets. I heard this years priority is making sure to only keep the ones that need to know, in the know.

Another priority is to capture the heart of Jesus as mediator. M32 must understand how Jesus works as a mediator, and use this as their guide to ministry.

Pulling out old journals and prophetic words to remember what the Lord told you, where you started, where you are now, and where the Lord told you He wanted to take you.

Restructure your life around what you know the Father has given you – Don’t deviate from the assignment. Run every idea through the vision He has given you . Run every ask (request) through the vision He has given you. Don’t fear anything. He with With You. He is also saying not to take on assignments He has not assigned to you.

Blueprints/strategies is to have more intimate relationship with God Take the airwaves. Release Glory thru sound. You have people with the needed skills. Some of these skills you may not even know are in your group They are residing as hobbies or even side interests within your people.

Holding on to the promises of God already given. Continue to move forward persevering for God is faithful. Keep believing that the promise God gave your ministry is as true today as the day He gave it.

Put aside any opinions of others not rooted in the word of God and His promise.

Start doing outreach, small events to promote what God is doing with them and also train, equip, and deploy new believers to replicate what God is doing in M32. developing unity amongst them, encouraging each other in love, forgiveness and haha moments of joy bombs.

LAY DOWN: Worry Anxiety Lay down your rights to be right. Be careful not to harm or hurt anyone with your explosive tools. Also lay down a spirit of defeat and pick up a new bold and courageous spirit. Like David, he wasn’t restricted with lack of army supplies and tools. He used what he had. Stones.

What you wanted to see happen. Seek The Heart of God as to what He wants it to look like. It is important to remember that you are building for God and His outcome and yours may be very different. It is not a time to labour in vain (Psalms 127:1).

Lay down your expectations and grab ahold of His for the Ministry and remember that God is watching over His Word to perform it (Jeremiah 1:11-12) so receive Grace to run because He wants your Ministry to succeed for His Kingdom more than you do.

I saw a road laying down and I heard “lay down the old ways. Your path is not the normal business model.”

Lay down any partnerships/relationships that do not encourage your core values. If/when you have staff weekly/bimonthly at least meet with them and find out how they are doing, what are their needs, what is the Lord telling them. Be sure to pray with and over them.

The focus is on strengthening the Spiritual foundation. When that’s solid, all the rest will fall into place.

God will give the leaders & team strategy for building and rebuilding in the natural. I see some buildings being renovated and new ones being built. But the focus for this year is on the spiritual foundation of the people in the ministry. Some of the team members/staff have a firm and healthy spiritual foundation. But some individuals need to tear down old mindsets and their own strong willed ways, in order to to rebuild their spiritual foundation in a healthy way. The good news is that most of them are willing and ready to tear down and rebuild a better spiritual foundation. A Godly mentor is what will help them and they will grow at an accelerated speed of restoration that’s lining up with the Fathers heart for them and this ministry. For the next step they will need tools from someone with more experience for team work in building this ministry.

Invest in the leaders. God wants to first grow you on the inside so you can be powerful on the outside.

Great teamwork comes from many individual leaders who know their idendity.

It will lead to safety of the people in the land. Our country will thrive like never before. And the nations around us will honor and respect our country. Families will be restored and thrive.

Invest in people and build relationships with those around you and watch the business/ministry flourish because each person surrounding this venture has a value God has put in them. Listen to the advice of others intently, weigh their words with God and if you feel led to carry out the idea implement it.

A blueprint or picture of what He want to build with you is a Leadership Training Facility. Where you will be training leaders to find out their individual gifts and how to use them. Oversee the leaders as they go out to exercise what they have been taught. Follow up with them in their community and look to see where they can continue to exercise both their leadership skills and God given abilities in their work force and daily lives. This will be a wholistic training that not just equips but also follows up to disciple them in their journey."
