You are a house of refuge a place where heaven's peace remains a fortress for the lost. You are hidden in plain sight but very recognizable to those who are searching for hope and love. You are carrier's of healing. Your words are weighty, they fall and bring instant healing. He's placed an anointing of healing words over you. It's almost like what your speaking is breaking and completely shattering roots and lies that have plagued people for years or over their entire life. I see Him gifting you a sword with 3 blades. All of the blades look the same, silver with gold engraved words in the middle between the blades, with slight differences. The first sword is engraved with the word courage, the second is engraved with faith, the third with hope. The reason they’re on the sword is because it's the tools He's equipping you with to fight for what He's bringing to you because it's not going be easy It will first take courage, then faith to see it through, which will in the end provide hope for generations to come
I saw a picture of a person down at the river side They’re standing under a big shade tree skipping rocks I heard with each skip it gets better and better
I see the father bringing and sending people out I see almost a hub for people who don't know who they are, being taught identity and being sent out. Then they are returning with people who they once were. I feel the father saying you’re to provide a canvas for them to paint on. Something they will one day look at and say, "that's beautiful" and that looks like what I shared before teaching them Identity, letting them know they’re loved and worthy, until they can speak that over themselves.
He's releasing a supernatural rest in this season. He is breaking off worry and anxiety, replacing it with rest and joy in full. It will be a laughing joy that breaks the enemies plans and destroys them in an instant.

Your assignment is to defeat the giants in the land and be the watchman on the wall. It looks like some of you will be on call 24/7, taking turns. During the night you keep watch. During the day you keep watch. You see danger before its dangerous and will be able to disarm it.
Consider viewing yourselves as powerful as the M32 grenade launcher. I know nothing about guns etc, but I saw M32 and felt the need to look up what it means. This is what google says. The M32 is a multiple-shot grenade launcher used by U.S. Army special forces as well as conventional troops. Unlike single-shot grenade launchers such as the Mk13 which need to be reloaded after every shot, the M32 can fire all six of its grenades in rapid succession

Top priorities for this season is rebuilding the walls for the watchmen to have a solid foundation to work on. Lay down your rights to be right. Be careful not to harm or hurt anyone with your explosive tools. Also lay down a spirit of defeat and pick up a new bold and courageous spirit. Like David, he wasn’t restricted with lack of army supplies and tools. He used what he had. Stones.
Revive new and courageous mindsets. You are an overcomer and this ministry plays an important role for the well being of others. I see you will need strong Godly mentors for this ministry to thrive in this season.
Key words for this season are to Focus on building your foundation strong. Tear down what’s not right, and rebuild it right The focus is on strengthening the Spiritual foundation When that’s solid, all the rest will fall into place God will give the leaders & team strategy for building and rebuilding in the natural I see some buildings being renovated and new ones being built But the focus for this year is on the spiritual foundation of the people in the ministry Some of the team members/staff have a firm and healthy spiritual foundation But some individuals need to tear down old mindsets and their own strong willed ways, in order to to rebuild their spiritual foundation in a healthy way The good news is that most of them are willing and ready to tear down and rebuild a better spiritual foundation. A Godly mentor is what will help them and they will grow at an accelerated speed of restoration that’s lining up with the Fathers heart for them and this ministry. For the next step they will need tools from someone with more experience for team work in building this ministry.
Prepare for the next season by investing in the leaders. I see that possibly God will send someone in the next 6 months that will be a key person to pour into your team for growth of the team and the ministry. I heard the Father saying that M32 is a covering of peace and hope. A provider of truth and love. They are fire carriers and their name is Burning Ones and Heavens title over them is Calm, Robust and Defenders of My heart.
Some of the gifts, tools and skills that M32 carries are, public speaking, creativity, truth based, kingdom management, there's someone who is either prophetic or a prophet in M32, probably a female.
I heard M32 main assignment is to breakdown walls of deception and build new walls of God’s truth and to build teams that will provide support for the generations to come. It’s going to be a journey with a sustainable cycle for others to learn and teach others.

I saw this huge castle. It was very huge on a huge property. The property had beautiful landscape and a river too. Its a sunny bright and beautiful day.
As I look deeper and closer I saw that there were markings on the door. A huge crown and lots of flowers being carved out that you cant miss. The crown is a representation of the King of Kings The flowers on the door is a representation of what is inside.

I knocked, because at first I felt fear, because the door was too huge and tall, but I knocked and it opened, it opened like a vision I saw a huge table and a lot of people sitting and talking The room wasn't silent It was filled with people talking They were dressed like in history days with huge apparels like a dancing ball and in the first section was the dinning area, it was mix with flowers, vines and fountains Nothing on earth look like that to me It was full with wonder
It looked like a real garden, everyone was enjoying themselves, as i look closer I noticed everyone focus and attention was on Jesus and only Jesus. He was dressed in His royal clothing, His robe of white.
The room looked elegant and I realized this room was called "Communion and Fellowship with the King". They were eating fruits. Just fruits and most of it was grapes.
I ask again what is this about and why am I here? Because nobody saw me in the room.
What was strange is the cups and plates were all made of glass, shiny and all different sizes and shapes. None of them were the same.
What I saw, is what God the Father desires, as in John, where Jesus is the living Vine. In conclusion this is a "House of Communion, Relationship, Fellowship, Bonding. Covenant Dining, Abiding, and Dwelling with the King" It's a place of rest and worship God desires habitation He desires to have a place of rest, for Him as well He desires intimacy He desires connection, heart to heart, spirit with Spirit It seems like this ministry have a very high position in Gods kingdom, not like others, but they have a mandate from Heaven to create a place called home for those who needs a home They need the presence of God, to remain, to stay, tangible in their midst The abiding presence of God His glory They are called Levites They have the responsibility of the Levites
I felt like the Holy Spirit is saying this ministry holds a high position in the kingdom of God, as beacons over their region and that they own everything their feet step on, because their ministry is not like everyone else's but its marked with a special seal of grace and Kingdom-ship. He gave all the qualities that is given to it to make it succeed and prosper like a royal palace in England.
I felt like He was saying that He has His seal on this ministry or His eyes on them as Kings and Queens, to carry out His mandate of true leadership, true worship, true relationship, and true kingdom-ship. They represent the greatest King above all. They are to rise above all forces and foes that come against them. They are a place of refuge like Isaiah 61 says. They are strong and healthy. They are free and redeemed. They are powerful and Gods kingdom is their kingdom. They are a place of refuge for many hurting souls. When the broken come they get healed. They look like a hospital helping everyone that comes to them and they go to others.
Lastly, They are a Fathers and Mothers to the fatherless and motherless, the orphans and widows, the poor and needy, and they supply each needs, because God is their provider Just as England has kings and queens, and their country is governed by either a king or queen or both, so this ministry has the potential to do the same in our nation, wherever the Holy Spirit leads them

Min 32 is a Ministry of Reformers. They are taking the light and salt and rearranging the face of the earth with the gospel. Heaven's Title over Min 32 is Reformers, they are reforming the people they impact into what God wants them to look like with Heaven's blueprint.
They carry all the giftings, in some capacity or another, as they join hands with people around them. Even the number 32 picked for this exercise. 3 The Blessed Holy Trinity is with them and 2 the Scripture 2 walking together is better than one (Ecclesiastes 4:9-12) It is building relationship and learning to trust God and men that will propel this Ministry forward Invest in people and build relationships with those around you and watch the business/ministry flourish because each person surrounding this venture has a value God has put in them Listen to the advice of others intently, weigh their words with God and if you feel led to carry out the idea implement it
The top priority for M32 in 2023 is to seek God and get back to the core of the mission Do not busy your hands with many things. Remember why God charged you to start this Ministry. What was you original vision that you wrote down and made plain as The Scripture (Habakkuk 2:2-3) says? Go back to that Word from the Lord and do it with all that is in you. God has not changed His mind about the mandate over you so do not stray from His Original Plan. He knows what He is doing in and through you.
Trust in The Lord is key. Things He does or instructs you to do WILL seem strange but trust Him because His ways are perfect! There is a Huge emphasis on trust. The leader of the Ministry or head of the organization has had some personal stuff happen in their life even growing up that has made them weary of trusting. God says do not let your personal bias get in the way of leading this Ministry, yield to Me says The Lord.
This season is a time of laying down what they wanted to see happen. Seek The Heart of God as to what He wants it to look like. It is important to remember that you are building for God and His outcome and yours may be very different. It is not a time to labour in vain (Psalms 127:1). Lay down your expectations and grab ahold of His for the Ministry and remember that God is watching over His Word to perform it (Jeremiah 1:11-12) so receive Grace to run because He wants your Ministry to succeed for His Kingdom more than you do
A blueprint or picture of what He wants to build with you is a Leadership Training Facility Where you will be training leaders to find out their individual gifts and how to use them Oversee the leaders as they go out to exercise what they have been taught Follow up with them in their community and look to see where they can continue to exercise both their leadership skills and God given abilities in their work force and daily lives. This will be a wholistic training that not just equips but also follows up to disciple them in their journey.
This leadership training looks like... what did Jesus do in His training of the disciples? He immersed Himself in their lives and showed them by example how to pray, heal, and treat others. Don't assume they know, teach them as babes and train them from scratch. Renew their mind with their strengths and address their weaknesses in love.
Planning a leadership course takes time and attention to detail. Plan first before inviting people to partake in it. Also, pray for the leaders throughout the time you are training them. Commit them to prayer not in a shallow way but in earnest supplication to God for their destiny.

Their main assignment is to bridge the gap between generations But most proficiently to millennials and Gen Z’ers I felt like this came down to actual legal aid and providing opportunities to find common ground where there would usually not be I saw counseling services, or the ability to help negotiate legal/counseling services
I saw a road and heard “straight on Straight ahead" Their destiny is sealed and they just need to continue to head the way they planned, and the necessities will come along without elaborate searching. Their direction will be easy to follow and obvious to see.”
Conceal the hidden things. I heard there’s a snake among the weeds. One that would otherwise be helpful in certain situations, but has a loose tongue. A person who has a problem keeping secrets. I heard this years priority is making sure to only keep the ones that need to know, in the know. Another priority is to capture the heart of Jesus as mediator. M32 must understand how Jesus works as a mediator, and use this as their guide to ministry.
I saw a road laying down and I heard “lay down the old ways. Your path is not the normal business model.” Revive the forgotten roads. Work to maintain relationships long forgotten. Don’t be afraid to rekindle old relationships. Step into the water and don’t look back. Soon you’ll be over your head.

I didn’t see much change over the next six months, or it was hidden from me. In the next 3 years I saw a new office building/meeting space, bustling with people working on different tasks. In 5 Years I saw new connections, and people of influence speaking of you. More connections and opportunities will come by the word of mouth from your past relationships. In 10 years, M32 will be established and recognized. New business/ministry opportunities won’t even need to be sought out. They’ll be coming to you. You’ll have a waiting list, with seemingly a never ending stream of clients.
In 25 Years, I saw different people in charge, but carrying the same heartbeat. In 25 years, I see 3 leaders like Kings The first for a long time will lead Perhaps 19 years The 2nd will not lead long, a year or less And the 3rd will be just a few years into her leadership

I saw different people in charge, but carrying the same heartbeat In 25 years, I see 3 leaders like Kings. The first for a long time will lead. Perhaps 19 years. The 2nd will not lead long, a year or less. And the 3rd will be just a few years into her leadership.

I see them sending people to be leaders of the nation.

Invest in the leaders. God wants to first grow you on the inside so you can be powerful on the outside Great teamwork comes from many individual leaders who know their identity. It will lead to safety of the people in the land. Our country will thrive like never before. And the nations around us will honor and respect our country Families will be restored and thrive
Build each other, love each other, create a freedom environment to advance God’s kingdom and God first.
Listen as you go through the chaos
Seek God and get back to the core of the mission. Do not busy your hands with many things. Remember why God charged you to start this Ministry.
What was you original vision that you wrote down and made plain as The Scripture (Habakkuk 2:2-3) says? Go back to that Word from The Lord and do it with all that is in you. God has not changed His mind about the mandate over you so do not stray from His Original Plan. He knows what He is doing in and through you.

Strengthen their internal intercessory team. I see them moving forward faster as the core of M32 unites and tap into heavens heart together with Praise nights to get heavenly wisdom on assignments. I see them fully relying on Father for the next step. Deep people of Faith.
Trust in The Lord is key Things He does or instructs you to do WILL seem strange but trust Him because His ways are perfect! There is a Huge emphasis on trust The leader of the Ministry or head of the organization has had some personal stuff happen in their life even growing up that has made them weary of trusting. God says do not let your personal bias get in the way of leading this Ministry, yield to Me says The Lord.
Conceal the hidden things. I heard there’s a snake among the weeds. One that would otherwise be helpful in certain situations, but has a loose tongue. A person who has a problem keeping secrets. I heard this years priority is making sure to only keep the ones that need to know, in the know.
Another priority is to capture the heart of Jesus as mediator. M32 must understand how Jesus works as a mediator, and use this as their guide to ministry.
Pulling out old journals and prophetic words to remember what the Lord told you, where you started, where you are now, and where the Lord told you He wanted to take you
Restructure your life around what you know the Father has given you – Don’t deviate from the assignment. Run every idea through the vision He has given you . Run every ask (request) through the vision He has given you. Don’t fear anything. He with With You. He is also saying not to take on assignments He has not assigned to you.
Blueprints/strategies is to have more intimate relationship with God
Take the airwaves. Release Glory thru sound. You have people with the needed skills. Some of these skills you may not even know are in your group They are residing as hobbies or even side interests within your people.
Get some Keys made.
Holding on to the promises of God already given Continue to move forward persevering for God is faithful Keep believing that the promise God gave your ministry is as true today as the day He gave it.

Taking new classes, and new education for M32.
Put aside any opinions of others not rooted in the word of God and His promise.
Close the doors to other people or organizations that may not or does not have Jesus as the centre. Nurture and revive passion for His word.
Start doing outreach, small events to promote what God is doing with them and also train, equip, and deploy new believers to replicate what God is doing in M32. developing unity amongst them, encouraging each other in love, forgiveness and haha moments of joy bombs.
LAY DOWN:
Worry Anxiety
Lay down your rights to be right. Be careful not to harm or hurt anyone with your explosive tools Also lay down a spirit of defeat and pick up a new bold and courageous spirit. Like David, he wasn’t restricted with lack of army supplies and tools. He used what he had. Stones. What you wanted to see happen. Seek The Heart of God as to what He wants it to look like. It is important to remember that you are building for God and His outcome and yours may be very different. It is not a time to labour in vain
(Psalms 127:1)
Lay down your expectations and grab ahold of His for the Ministry and remember that God is watching over His Word to perform it (Jeremiah 1:11-12) so receive Grace to run because He wants your Ministry to succeed for His Kingdom more than you do.
I saw a road laying down and I heard “lay down the old ways. Your path is not the normal business model.”
Lay down any partnerships/relationships that do not encourage your core values. If/when you have staff weekly/bimonthly at least meet with them and find out how they are doing, what are their needs, what is the Lord telling them. Be sure to pray with and over them.
Expectations on how they think it will work Listen for the Lord's direction and wait for confirmation through scriptures or a Holy Spirit.

Rest Joy
New courageous mindsets. You are an overcomer and this ministry plays an important role for the well being of others.
