TERMS & CONDITIONS Please sign below to verify you understand and agree with the terms of booking.

• ALL BOOKINGS ARE CONFIRMED WHEN SIGNED BOOKING FORM AND FULL DEPOSIT OF £10 PER PERSON IS RECEIVED BY THE HOTEL. • ALL DEPOSITS AND PREPAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE, if your numbers decrease from what you originally booked and confirmed, you will forfeit the deposits for any reduction in numbers and it cannot be offset against the balance of the bill or towards any other items.

• All party nights should be paid in full prior to November 1st 2014.

• No evening guests are allowed access to this private function, only those who have fully prepaid to attend the function.

• Please note: where possible we will accommodate larger parties at one individual table. It may also be necessary to seat smaller parties at allocated shared tables.

• Children under 18 are not permitted at any of the party nights or New Year celebrations.

• Should the entertainment advertised be unable to perform due to unforeseen circumstances the hotel will endeavour to arrange for a substitute artiste of a similar style & quality.

• Should insufficient numbers be booked for any particular event or date, we reserve the right to offer alternative dates, join parties together, move parties to a different function suite or cancel an event altogether.

• The management reserves the right to refuse admission and to have the person(s) escorted off the premises if their behaviour is deemed disruptive or abusive. No refund will be made in this case.

• The hotel shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing any of its obligations under this agreement or liable to an attendee or guest for any loss or damage to property if the failure or delay was due to any cause beyond its reasonable control. Including (without limitation) terrorist activity or serious potential for terrorist activity whether within the proximity of the hotel or in the UK or worldwide & directly or indirectly affecting the UK, misconduct or negligence of an attendee, guest or external third party, war or threat of war, civil or political action or disturbance, riot, natural disaster, fire, epidemic, bad weather, terrorist activity (threatened or actual), military activity, governmental or regulatory action, industrial dispute, act of God, failure of power or machinery, failure of or interruption in externally provided services and utilities, and all similar events outside the hotel’s control.
