I have lived in Branson since 1994, and I couldn’t think of a better place to call home. In 2024, over 678,000 votes were cast by fans of Branson area businesses, attractions, and entertainers throughout the summer—a remarkable increase, more than twenty-two times the turnout from our first year in 2018. This growth highlights just how popular our contest has become in only seven short years!

A venue housing the area’s only cuttingedge, live recording studio and snagging hot Broadway shows as they tour? That’s The Mansion Theatre for the Performing Arts and it truly has it all when it comes to music, stage performances, and the best entertainment around.
Open since 1993, The Mansion Theatre was built to accommodate the stage needs of the legendary Wayne Newton (Mr. Entertainment himself). Since then, it has been home to a full star-studded line-up.
Voted the Best Concert Venue for the seventh consecutive year in the Best of Branson contest, The Mansion Theatre has something for all audiences to love, and it makes a positive impact on the music and performing arts culture.
Kristy Adams from the theater shared her reaction to the news of this year’s win. “We are thrilled. This award speaks to the character of our staff both in front of, and behind the scenes, our management, our artists, and our patrons. We want to continue to always put our best foot forward and this award
proves we are doing that.”
Standing tall as the largest live concert venue in the area, The Mansion Theatre proudly showcases an impressive lineup of performers, and it is a platform where diversity in the arts flourishes, too. From Broadway extravaganzas to classic country performances, from heartwarming Christmas shows to faith festivals, The Mansion Theatre genuinely offers something for all ages.
Fans of the theater are already looking forward to the next lineup of shows which will include Tracy Byrd, Lorrie Morgan, Lee Greenwood, and an Evening with Barry Corbin.
The Mansion Theatre is a true destination. Its lobby welcomes guests with a grand staircase, soaring ceiling, and exhibits that showcase the wardrobes, books, shoes, and awards of the artists who have graced its stage. The exterior boasts striking steeds in bronze, architectural columns, and dedicated lighting.
The technical wonders of the facility are not to be missed in light of its refined architecture. In addition to cutting-edge lighting and sound technology that bring every note of a

performance up close and personal, The Mansion Theatre is also driving innovation in the area’s recording industry.
“We are the only facility in the area and many parts of the country that also houses a live top-of the-line recording studio on property,” explained Kristy. “Mansion Sound features the ability to record in ATMOS on a 96-input SSL duality fuse console and artists can enjoy a professional recording experience right here.”
As a big name in the region’s arts and culture scene, The Mansion Theatre can get major Broadway shows to perform in its venue as they pass through town. Kristy said the shows are selected based on their popularity and how the theater’s operators think they will resonate with the local demographics. That means area fans of the theater get a curated selection of top performances.
The Mansion Theatre’s Praise Festivals are also a perennial favorite for locals. Kristy said, “We host a total of five festivals each year that cater to this audience and they are always packed out.”
The operators of this venue keep their support going for music and art around the country as well. Mansion Entertainment Group is the Grand Finale Sponsor Float in the 2025 Pasadena Rose Parade in California. Kristy recognizes the festival as a wonderful celebration of music and believes the company can support the music scene on the West Coast by being involved in the parade that occurs on New Year’s Day.
