C.P.C. Landscape LLC Does It All

There are many reasons customers keep choosing C.P.C. Landscape for their next landscape project.

Universally appreciated is the company’s goal to have its estimates returned to potential clients within 24 hours. This turnaround time is typically unheard of in the industry, but owner Clifford Paul Cote (the “C.P.C.” in the company’s name) is committed to having bids go out promptly.

“Regardless of size and scope, C.P.C. Landscape is often told it was the only contractor to respond or turn in an estimate,” Cliff said. “C.P.C. puts numbers to paper fast so we can help the customer in their decision-making and planning. It’s important to us to aid the customer as much as we can.” “When we set a start or finish date for a project, we rarely move it.” Cliff said C.P.C. Landscape is proud of its talent, skills, and work ethic, and takes seriously its ability to take on difficult work that most others would not even touch. “We like to create and then … see the reaction on customers’ faces,” Cliff said.

“We can do most outdoor construction projects so that the customer does not have to work with multiple people to

get one job done,” Cliff said. “Our team of 20 employees has large machines for heavy work, and nine machines that can fit through standard main gates so we can access all jobs, and not leave a large footprint in people’s front yards when we work on their backyard renovations.”

Some of the projects C.P.C. Landscape can do include: landscape revamps, new installs, snow plowing, installing sprinkler systems, hydroseed, sod, artificial turf, fencing, and decking.

C.P.C. Landscape’s second customer 16 years ago was South Sound Towing. Cliff and his crew serviced the owner’s home for nine years, and upon his retirement, he sold Cliff the towing business.

“He built up his company over 30 years and established a good reputation with the community; he knew I would take good care of it,” Cliff said. “It was an honor that he wanted me to (continue) his legacy of good service.”

Towing at his disposal, C.P.C. can transport thier heavy machinery as well as haul some of its materials, including blocks, pavers, sod, and artificial turf rolls. The community has benefited as well. Celebrating 18 years sober, Cliff likes to give people in recovery a second chance. He enjoys teaching them new skills and watching them blossom. He and his wife, Maegan also give generously of their time at the local food bank and their church.
