Wrapping up the Semester New members are being announced. Classes are winding down. The holiday season is upon us. As the semester comes to a close, is your chapter prepared to wrap things up smoothly and successfully? Does your chapter have a closeout plan? Some things you can add to your closeout plan include the following: Verify everyone is at least TORCH I certified Complete & submit the Graduating Senior Report Complete & submit the Grade Verification Report Verify all active members are financial (late fees included) Build out Spring calendar Create communication plan for break Focus on finishing the semester strong academically, as well as hosting a few recruitment and social events for interests and the campus.
TORCH Readiness Assessments are Available Now! Is your chapter conducting intake in Spring 2024? We are excited to support you! Complete the TORCH Readiness Assessment emailed to all Undergraduate Basilei and advisors and sign up for a time to review it with UCC Smith. Proper planning for TORCH is essential for a successful new member experience, and we look forward to assisting & supporting you!

AFLV Scholarships Available Now!!!
AFLV Central will be held Feb 1-4, 2024 in Indianapolis, IN. The Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. Investment Scholarship is available for undergraduates interested in attending. Application deadline is November 22, 2023.
Boule 2024 is quickly approaching! We are excited to travel to Houston, TX to Amplify Greater! We want the undergraduate voice heard, so it is so important that your chapter is represented. Here is some information regarding travel and registration!

Each Undergraduate Chapters will receive ONE $475 credit to be used for a complimentary Blue & Gold registration package, or towards a Golden or Amplify package.You must complete the form found in the Boule registration email. All submissions must be completed on or before January 31, 2024. Late submissions will not be accepted.

Madam 2nd Grand is asking for your help to donate funds to the Menstrual Health initiative in Ghana. She is asking that each undergraduate Soror contributes at least $2.22 and each undergraduate chapter donates at least $19.22. Donations can be made via the SPEAR Foundation Website (spearfoundation.org). The funding goal is $5,000 and the donation deadline date will be December 27, 2023. But wait...there is an incentive! The chapter that donates the most will receive recognition and a special gift. The region that donates the most will receive recognition at their regional conference in 2024. Thank you in advance for your support. Please be sure to share this, donate to be a part of this initiative, and let's continue to raise awareness to end period poverty.
