Undergraduate Success- Association of Fraternal Leadership & Values Scholarship for collegiate members of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. called the Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. Golden Investment Scholarship Criteria: Must be an undergraduate member of Sigma Gamma Rho in good standing with the national organization Amount: Ten (10) registration scholarships (2 per region; $311 per recipient) Travel reimbursement (up to $100 per recipient) Please note: you need a letter of recommendation from your campus advisor, so don’t wait till the last minute! We have now entered Cycle 2 of the Vaccine Equity Partnership Grant. In this cycle, the CDC is asking us to do more work in the local communities that we serve. The focus continues to be on Covid-19 and the Flu vaccines and now includes all routine vaccines. The target population is Adults in African American and Latino communities Funding has been delayed through midNovember, however the 122 chapters that received grant award notices should complete the pre-activity report and sign the grant terms and conditions agreement. Undergrads are you looking for an interactive program as part of your Founders week activities? Partner with your graduate chapter and host a Be The Match event. Chapters that are interested in hosting a Be The Match Event on their campus, can click on the following link: Engage with Be The Match and fill out the smart sheet with their school, chapter, and contact information, including which Sigma Gamma Rho Region they belong to. Completing the form will connect the chapter to a team of Account Managers and Recruitment Coordinators to work with the Sigma Gamma Rho chapters in their respective service areas to plan the best events possible with in-person assistance from the Be The Match team.
