Are the Undergrads you advise aware of Be The Match? Are the Undergrads looking for an interactive program of the chapter's Founder's week activities? Share Be The Match with the UG chapter Basileus and Community Service (Programs) chair. Click the flyer above for more information and to fill out the smart sheet with the school, chapter, and contact information, including Sigma Gamma Rho Northeastern Region. Completing the form will connect the chapter to a team of Account Managers and Recruitment Coordinators to work with the Sigma Gamma Rho chapters in their respective service areas to plan the best events possible with in-person assistance from the Be The Match team. Undergrad chapters can also partner with your graduate chapter and host a Be The Match event. As well as host an event on campus beyond November.

TORCH Tips: Empowering Your Undergraduates Thank you advisors for all your hard work on completing campus TORCH calendars. We want to empower and build the skill set of Undergraduate Anti-Basileus by having that officer learn the process of completing TORCH paperwork first hand. Please schedule one on one training sessions with your UG Anti-Basileus to make the soror understands how to execute TORCH. As we look to what future will bring for our next 100 years, our undergraduates webe the leaders leading us to #Greater!

Undergrad Performances UCC Smith must approve all step shows, yard shows, and new member presentations. Please email or reach out to UCC Smith at least a week before the show for approval. Shows not approved by UCC Smith can accrue fines or actions alike. A show video can be emailed, or UCC Smith can attend the undergraduates' practices. The video should include voiceovers and outfits.
Advisor Reminders for Success Have consistent check-ins with your UGs. Remember, you are there to assist the UG chapter. Ask your UGs what the chapter needs assistance with. Create a partnership with the UG chapter by taking the time to get to know the members of the chapter Have UGs who recently graduated, graduating this semester or January 2023? Reach out to UCC Smith and Soror Natasha Holmes, Undergraduate Transition Committee Chair, undergradtransitionchair@sgrhoneregion.org, to assist with a successful transition to an alumnae chapter. Are you having TORCH in the spring? Start planning now!
