Each Player has a room reserved under their name; there is no need to mention the New England Series at check-in. Confirmation Numbers will be distributed to each player prior to arrival. A credit card is required upon arrival to cover any incidental charges during your stay. Although guest check-in time is 4:00 p.m, early-arriving guests will be accommodated as rooms become available. Standard guest checkout time is 11:00 a.m. Complimentary luggage storage is available for guests who arrive early or have checked out but are not yet departing the resort.

Riding Golfers: A cash-only Forecaddie Fee is required for each 18-holes of golf played. Suggested fees: $45 per person + gratuity. Each player pays the Forecaddie Fee and other gratuities in cash directly to each Forecaddie after each 18-hole round.
