Ellie is a 20-year-old funeral singer who by chance meets grieving, college student Alex who is attending the same funeral of his passed friend. The pair share a conversation outside the church and as well as a new bond.

Ken Preuss is a Central Florida writer and performer who became a teacher to guarantee an audience 5 days a week. His published one-acts for teens and assorted short plays for Adults have been produced in festivals and schools in Australia, Cananda, China, England, Germany, Guatemala, India, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Korea, Lithuania, Malaysia, Mexico, Nicaragua, New Zealand, Scotland, South Africa, Thailand, and all 50 states.

Lilia is sitting at home alone when her neighbor, Jaden knocks upon her door. As the two converse, the chilling reason for Jaden’s visit becomes apparent and Lilia is faced with a choice.

Jennifer O’Grady is a poet and playwright. Born to an Italian-American mother and an Irish father, she grew up in New York City and earned a BA from Vassar, where she won awards for her poetry, and an MFA from Columbia University.

Rebecca Kane is a playwright, artistic administrator, stage manager, retired emo kid, and oat milk enthusiast living in Astoria, Queens, by way of South Florida. Her plays have been produced in multiple states across the U.S. (fifteen and counting), as well as streamed for performance as far as Delhi, India.

Two friends, Chrissy and Ginna, are outside their local Taco Bell trying to come up with the money for a late-night munch. When Chrissy heads in to get their order, Ginna runs into a Taco Bell angel named Trinity. Great relief is in store – and not just because of their appetites.

Monica Cross is a neurodivergent playwright who tells stories for “people trying to find their place in the world”. She has a background in theatre as a director, dramaturg, and actor, and her work is known for its blend of speculative fiction, humor, and deep human questions.
