Jen Nelson, Founder, The Nelson Group

In 2001 Jen started in real estate as an investor and flipper in the Seattle area. She and her husband also founded(and sold) a few companies over the next two decades including commercial design and construction firms, moving, storage and a developmentcompany.

Jen currently serves on the Phoenix Association of Realtors Leadership Counciland sits on the board of a real estate investing firm. Although her experience includes building, developingand commercial real estate Jen has focused on residential and investmentreal estate for the last 7 years and LOVES it!

She’s also passionate aboutgiving back to her community, teaching financial literacy, and helping people find HOME.

When she’s not working, you’ll find Jen running races with other Mom runners or cheering on her kids from the sidelines of their many sports.

Cynthia has more than 30 years experience as a Transaction Coordinator & takes exceptional care of clients, ensuring the file is moving along in a timely manner. She also delights with her wit and wisdom as well as provides excellent service and insight to her clients as they navigate real estate.

Brittany brings an enthusiastic spirit, social media savvy, and a strong desire to serve her clients with excellence to everything she does. An expert negotiator, her clients appreciate her attention to detail and excellent communication. As a Scottsdale native she has deep knowledge of the Valley and now calls PV home.

Cora grew up in the luxury home building world & equestrian community of the NE Valley. She’s seen the Valley evolve and uses her broad knowledge base and design savvy to guide clients in their real estate endeavors. She also has a skillful hand in home renovation projects and has always loved all things real estate.

Boo is a real estate investor with 8 years of property management experience. A native of Seattle Washington, Boo and her husband of over 25 years fell in love with the “Valley of the Sun” investing in vacation rentals, and eventually moved to Phoenix to dry out. She uses her deep knowledge of investing, real estate and business to provide great insight for her clients.

Katie has always had a passion for hosting and entertaining. She has a background in interior design, making beautiful spaces come to life and setting up client events with lovely touches. She helps ease client’s stress by sending thoughtful little details to surprise and delight throughout the process.
