Dear Prospective Home Buyers, My family has lived in the home on Winding Creek Court for the past 33 years and it has been an amazing experience. When we moved here, our children were attending elementary school. Now, both are adults and they have moved out of the area, most probably will be moving closer to them to be near our grandchildren.

The home has been a friend to us. Our two children grew up here and the love that was shown to the home has been enormous. From having birthday parties for their birthdays to pool parties with many friends. Once, we had a “PIG ROAST” in the back yard, Christmas morning by the fire, and were able to have not only the family, but also many friends for Thanksgiving in the dining room. All of these memories we will cherish forever.

Clifton Elementary then, now is Fairview Elementary, and Robinson Secondary is where our kids and their friends grew up together. We got to know many of their friend’s parents and often came with their children to swim in our pool and enjoy the privacy of the back yard, many times we took walks in the woods and even went fishing on the creek that is located in this property.

While our community feels very quiet and lots of wooded area, we are still close to everything. The town of Clifton is within 10-minute drive. Many people come from DC and MD and also other parts of Virginia to visit the beautiful and unique town of Clifton. They have great restaurants and a few stores. We also have Burke Center about 12-minute drive for grocery shopping, cleaners or for ordering services like carry out etc. Or if you don’t mind driving a few miles more, we love going to the shops at Fair Lakes, Fair Oaks, and Fairfax Corner. So many stores and restaurants and movies theatres at our fingertips.

We are really going to miss our home here in Clifton. It has been filled with so many joyous memories and friends that we will never forget. As we move on to be near our children, we will never forget our warm and loving home on Winding Creek Court.
