Dear Prospective Homeowner,
Welcome to your new home! There have been so many wonderful things about living here. We’ve loved the open floor plan for entertaining our friends and family. The layout has allowed us to keep an eye on our child playing in the living room while we cooked in the kitchen. I hope you love the kitchen as much as we have. The upgraded stainless steel fridge, gas stove, dishwasher and microwave look great-- and most importantly they work great too. We’ve gotten so many compliments on the granite countertops and backsplash.
We hope you love the open feel from the tall ceilings in the master bedroom. In addition to the master bathroom, there’s another bathroom upstairs, a powder room on the main floor, and a full bathroom in the fully finished basement. The full bathroom makes the basement a great place for guests because they can have their own space and some privacy. Because the basement is ground level, it gets plenty of light and makes it a great place to spend time. It’s been important to us to have the garage and driveway to park our cars, but there’s plenty of nearby street parking and visitor parking in the neighborhood. The community is close to Route 28, Route 7, and the toll road. It makes it really easy for us to get around, and we can even convince our friends who live in DC to make the trip. Our family has loved being just a few minutes away from Wegmans, Dulles Town Center Mall, Target, Walmart, and Costco. We are going to miss this neighborhood so much. The pool complex has one pool that kids love, and another for serious swimmers. There are tot lots scattered all around, so children can have several different places to play. We can get to the W& OD trail from our neighborhood without crossing any busy streets. We’ve made friends with people of all ages who live nearby, and we love having neighbors over to grill on our back deck. It’s also nice to have some fenced-in green space of our very own in the backyard. We enjoyed planting a vegetable garden in the front yard last spring. It will be hard to say goodbye, but we look forward to another family coming in and making memories here. Respectfully, Our family
