Dear Prospective Home Buyer, Our family has made this house a home for the past 3 years and have created countless cherished memories. If it weren’t for a job relocation, we would continue to stay here and raise our children. The walls of this home hold memories that we will never forget. We brought our second child home to this house, our first child learned to ride his bike on the sidewalk out front, Christmas mornings were spent in the basement near the fireplace, and the night before birthdays were spent in the kitchen making cakes together as a family tradition. Stafford Glen Courts has been a wonderful community to us. Moncure Elementary is a fantastic school that we will greatly miss. Many summer and fall evenings have been spent out in the front yard playing with the other children in the area. One of our favorite community events is our seasonal decor competition. We loved to walk around and look at the holiday decorations each home put up. While our community is quiet, it is easily accessible to I95. This was essential to us because after a long day at work, spending less time commuting and more time with our family was of utmost importance. We loved the convenience of having shopping and restaurants at Stafford Marketplace so close to us as well. We are going to miss our home in The Courts at Stafford more than we can express. It has been filled with so much love and laughter and we know this home will provide the same for you and your family.
