Dear Prospective Home Buyers, My family has lived in the townhome on Sharwood Place for 8 years and it has given us some wonderful memories. If it wasn’t for a job relocation to Virginia, we would have loved to have stayed a lot longer.

This home has been very good to us. We have spent countless hours on the back patio entertaining friends and family, we remodeled the kitchen to give us more room for baking/cooking together, and have had many cups of coffee and glasses of wine by the fire!

The Coventry III community is wonderful! There are many schools in close proximity, several playgrounds, and a lovely pond with lots of wildlife. You’ll often see families enjoying a walk around this pond and we too have enjoyed it. There is also a library within walking distance and we have made life-long friends with our wonderful neighbors!

While the community is very quiet and suburban, we are still close to everything! I take the New Carrollton Metro down into Arlington for work and we have close access to the MARC. The Waugh Chapel center has everything from shopping to entertainment and our favorite, Wegmans. Crofton Centre and Crofton Station shopping areas also have many options; so many choices! Many weekends we would take the short trip down to Annapolis, Baltimore, or DC. The possibilities for fun are endless!

We will miss our home on Sharwood Place as we have many great memories of friends and family events. We will always remember it fondly!
