Dear Prospective Home Buyer, Our family has lived at 10 Quiet Brook Ct. for the past 13 years. It was tough to decide we needed to move because this home has been a respite from the crazy DC pace and a source of stability for our family through the years. Ultimately, the need to create a living space for an elderly parent forced us to look for a home with a walk-out basement, but we will always cherish our time here on Quiet Brook Ct. From playing ball with the boys in the backyard to hosting huge Thanksgiving dinners for our extended family, this house has served as a place where we all grew, grew up, and loved each other. My sons learned to build fires in our firepit and build their furniture in our workshop/shed. We enjoyed many nights with friends on the deck talking about life and sometimes nothing at all. And when my son needed a spot for his high school glee club to practice, this house served as a rehearsal hall. We choose this area because we loved the school system and the close access to numerous neighborhood amenities. The Hunter Trail neighborhood is a small association of homes, so you will get to know the which is nice. The streets here are quiet, and the sidewalks see steady traffic from walkers and joggers who all wave and say "hi." Everyone in Stafford is excited by two significant changes taking place right now. First, the HOV lanes are extending south past the Garrisonville Road exit. The new routes will ease everyone's commutes. Also, large new commercial developments are ongoing at the Courthouse Road exit. Even more new restaurants, services, and entertainment opportunities are coming in the next 12 months. We will miss 10 Quiet Brook Ct. So much of our lives played out on her stage. But we hope you can build the same memories here in the coming years.
