Dear Buyers, 12906 Pinecrest Road has been our home since 2012. As a newly married couple we were first attracted to the home and neighborhood because it seemed like the perfect place to start a family and we were right.

Seven years later, our two young children and us have made so many happy memories here - taking walks in the neighborhood, trips to nearby playgrounds, Frying Pan Farm Park, the Air and Space Museum and playing in and enjoying our wonderful backyard.

The neighborhood is incredibly accessible to all the area has to offer and Dulles Airport and the Silver Line are both about 10 minutes away to take you wherever you need to be.

We will miss this home and neighborhood dearly, but life is taking us away from Northern Virginia for the time being.

We hope that someone else now can enjoy this home as much as we have.
