Dear Prospective Home Buyer, My family has lived in this house for over 16 years, and it has been a great house and community to live in. The location is fantastic, and the neighbors are incredible and supportive. Unfortunately, we must move on. This townhome has been the home where we have raised my triple daughters. It is a great neighborhood to walk and play in. There are sidewalks and paths to walk on, and there are playgrounds and other kids to play with. There are 2 dedicated parking spaces right in front of the door. There are great parks very close by and several golf courses. It is a great mix of people. There are working people and retired people. The neighbors have been supportive and friendly. Although Tartan Village is a slightly older community, it is well maintained. We have loved this home and enjoyed the neighborhood. The times we have spent here together will never be forgotten. The location is fabulous. There is easy access to I-495 and I-95. Washington, DC, and Maryland are only a short distance away. The Kingstown Centre has everything you could need. Shopping, restaurants, banks, movies, and so much more. There are sports fields and parks. We never had to go far to get anything we ever needed. Despite it being accessible, it is amazingly quiet and tranquil. We are going to miss this house and hope that you will care for it and appreciate it as much as we have.
