Dear Prospective Home Buyer, Our family has lived here at 11705 Lucasville Road for the past 5 years and it has been a wonderful home. If it was not for increased responsibilities at work and longer hours, we would love to stay and continue to raise our daughter here.

Our fondest memories include the many friendly gatherings we have had here throughout the years, including our rehearsal dinner, Thanksgivings, and the brunch where we announced our pregnancy. We have watched many movies in the basement, played badminton in the backyard, and cooked delicious pizzas on the deck. The most precious memories are the first few weeks of our daughter’s life.

Lucasville is a quiet, family friendly area where neighbors help each other out and wave to each other across the yard. It’s a peaceful, private setting with lovely natural views and brilliant night skies. We have enjoyed a peace and tranquility here that is difficult to find elsewhere in Northern Virginia.

While the home itself is in a very private setting, we are in close proximity to Historic Manassas. Over the years we have attended 4th of July fireworks (the largest in Northern Virginia), free concerts at Harris Pavilion, excellent BBQ at The Bone, and delicious beverages at Jirani Coffeehouse. With so much to do so close by, we have never been bored.

Additionally, the Manassas Farmer’s Market, held Thursdays and Saturdays year round, was voted best in Prince William County.

We are really going to miss our home in Manassas. We were married here, celebrated holidays and birthdays with family and friends here, and brought our daughter home from the hospital. While we look forward to new beginnings, this will always be our first and most beloved home. We know it will be a wonderful home for you as well.
