If you are looking to live in a peaceful yet exciting urban enviornment then Lexington Square in the Arlington community of Ballston/Virginia Square is the perfect place. The condo is located in between the Ballston and Virginia Square metro stations which are both only a few blocks away. The metro provides easy access into Washington, D.C., as well as a connection between the four metro-centric neighborhoods that make Arlington so unique. The Ballston side of the neighborhood has a giant mall with national stores along with a comedy club, a movie theater, an arcade, and an ice skating rink. There is a 7-11, an I-HOP, upscale restaurants, and a variety of nightlife options walking distance away for residents. The home is located closest to the Virginia Square side of Arlington which is more residential and quiet with high rise condos and upscale living. This area is also home to the George Mason University Arlington Campus and the community famous El Pollo Rico Peruvian chicken neighborhood staple.

Letter From The Owner Dear Prospective Purchaser, Welcome to Lexington Square, a beautiful high rise community along the Orange line in the Virginia Square neighborhood of Arlington, VA We are certainly going to miss this neighborhood when we move. Everything is within walking distance and we rarely deal with parking or traffic. What I love about Arlington is that there are a lot of local businesses, not just chains and fast food. And the neighborhood is still growing. There are new businesses entering every week. There is always something new to explore. When I moved to Lexington Square, I fell in love with the open floor plans. Nowhere in the unit felt small and claustrophobic. The spacious bathroom and large walk in closet sold me right away. The large windows and sliding glass doors give the space plenty of light and a warm spacious feel. The Lexington Square community has always been well run and well maintained. I've always found there was great communication from the Board and the management. They maintain the finances and reserves well, there have been no dramatic increases or special assessments due to good management and good budgeting. But with all that they still keep the common spaces beautiful. We just recently put new carpet and paint in the common areas as well as new furniture in the lobby. All these touches, keeping these spaces as nice as you would your own home add to the draw of this building and make it a great place to live. When we move I certainly will miss the easy commute from this location. Whether its walking to the Orange line metro, the many bus lines from the Ballston hub, or the easy access to all major roadways 395, 66, 50 it is really simple to get downtown from this area.
