Dear Prospective Home Buyer, Our family has lived here on Jedburg Lane in Westridge for five years and it has been a great experience. If it weren’t for the fact that our family has now tripled in size we would stay here for many more years.

Westridge is very much a neighborhood to aspire to here in Woodbridge. As soon as you turn past the stately Westridge sign and drive down the entrance road surrounded by mature trees, you know you are in a special place. The pools, the pond, the six miles of walking paths, the playgrounds and tennis courts are all amenities we absolutely love.

And we believe Jedburg Lane is one of the best streets in Westridge. There are very few townhome neighborhoods where you look out your front door and, instead of looking at someone else’s front door, on Jedburg Lane you look out on beautiful trees and greenery on a quiet side street that’s great for kids to play on. It’s the same peaceful view behind the home, with its wide expanse of flowering trees and green space. As a result, owning a home on this street means you get to enjoy a sense of nature, space and privacy exceedingly rare in a townhome.
