FROM THE OWNER Dear Prospective Home Buyers, December would mark our 13th anniversary in this home. We never imagined, as young newlyweds, that this would be our home for 13 years, but it has, and they have been wonderful years - making it quite bittersweet to leave.

When the economy took a hit in 2008/2009, we both experienced job losses. We had friends in a similar situation, so we decided to convert our basement to a room, and we had our friends move in. We thought it would maybe be a year, but shortly after they moved in, they found out they were pregnant. They stayed for 18 months, during which Snow-mageddon hit and having live-in friends made those long snowy months much more enjoyable with many wonderful memories made. Though it wasn’t always a perfect situation, we were so thankful to have a home that could accommodate 4 adults, 1 baby, 1 large dog, and 2 cats!

A few years later, both of us found ourselves blessed to have jobs that allowed us to work from home primarily. One of us worked on the main level, while the other worked it the basement! It was so wonderful being able to work from home together yet still have enough space to not get in each other’s way. We did that for 5 years, until our daughter came along!

For the past four years, both of our children have called this townhouse home; it’s all they knew of a home. They have enjoyed the Easter Egg Hunts, and Spring Flings put on by our HOA. We’ve played at the tot-lots and pool for countless hours.

We’ve made friends with most of our neighbors; our oldest is still bent on staying since one of our neighbors is her best friend (I have assured her that we will still be able to see him even though we’re no longer just a few houses down). I have personally enjoyed running miles upon miles down the sidewalks of this neighborhood - neighbors are always out, and it truly feels like a community here!

We really are going to miss many things about our home on Jed Forest Lane. We love it here and have made so many wonderful friends and memories in this house.

We truly hope that the adventures and memories made will continue for its new owner.
