Dear Prospective Home Buyers, We hope you love this house as much as we loved it for the past 12 years. It has been a wonderful home to us and we will always have great memories of it. Our two children have grown up in it - our youngest being born in Loudoun Hospital. We were lucky that our kids were able to grow up here because they were able to spend countless hours outside playing with their friends in the common area. We knew almost everyone here which was great since all the parents were keeping a watch of each others’ kids. Birthday parties were always a success since the common area and tot lot served as an extension of our own yard. Our two boys made lifelong friendships here. Our favorite memories had to be spending time in the basement next to that wonderful wood burning fireplace in the winter. We would all gather downstairs in the cozy basement with the fire going, and hang out and watch movies. Holidays and breaks from schools were always fun. We’ve watched the surrounding area grow over the years. The Dulles 28 Shopping Center is within minutes on bike from the W&OD. We love that there two nearby exits on to Route 28, or even back roads to avoid traffic during certain hours. Walking distance to the Sterling Village Center has always been fantastic - great burgers and wings at The Buffalo Wing Factory. The location, and the proximity to major shopping centers is great The things we have always really loved about this house is the amount of light that comes into the house, the great view, and the friendly neighbors. We will miss the neighborhood, the proximity to W&OD trail, the airport, and Route 28. This house will always have a special place in our heart. .
