To Our Perspective Purchasers, My wife Jennifer, our three daughters (9, 8 and a newborn) have loved calling this place home. But with the new addition to our family we have outgrown this large condo and will be moving into a single family home. We will sincerely miss this home, and we hope that you will love this house as much as we have.

We like to call the entirety of our 2 years here, “quality time”. Being blocks away from the metro, close to shopping and dining and only a short drive into DC meant that our family was able to spend less time commuting and more time together.

When we first were looking for homes, the location was very important. Luckily we found this great home in the Buena Vista. Living close to 2 metro stops has been a blessing and I’ll fondly miss my short commute to work.

Living in Pentagon City is amazing and we will miss the neighborhood. We especially loved taking the 5 minute walk down to the 4th of July celebration at Long Bridge Park, and then watching the national fireworks from our balcony in the evening.

It really is an exciting and vibrant neighborhood. People are always out and about on weekends playing soccer at Long Branch Park or training for the Crystal City 5k race. You can go running on the beautiful Mount Vernon Trail, watching the airplanes fly over, and you really get a combination of urban and suburban living.

On date night we would walk down to the restaurants by the Crystal City shops and on weekends we’d walk to the Pentagon City Mall for a day of shopping. But the best part of the location is the new Whole Foods that is right across the street. It feels like our own private grocery store!

When you picture living so close to D.C. you may not imagine a large 2 bedroom 2 full bathroom condo, but thats what we have. The condo has an open concept layout which makes the space feel even larger!

It is great for entertaining, and makes it easy for us to spend time as a family in the same room and not feel cramped. We also love is the roommate style floorplan. It is nice to have the rooms with their own bathrooms, and locations on opposite sides of the home and not right next to one another. Ideal for roommates or families.

We’ve made a few updates to the condo including fresh new coat of paint, and newly updated bathrooms. We spent countless hours and weekends at Home Depot to make sure the tiles/designs we picked were perfect!

We are going to miss this home and the Pentagon City neighborhood. We know we can’t stay and we are truly sad to leave. I hope you enjoy your new home as much as we did.
