FROM THE OWNER Dear Prospective Home Buyer, My family has lived in the home on Bangor Drive for the past 23 years, and it has been a wonderful experience. If it were not for our family outgrowing the house by being blessed with 6 children, we would have loved to stay in the home and neighborhood through retirement and beyond.

There has been so much love in this house. My oldest child grew up there and, really, so did I. I brought home each of my children from the hospital to this home, and we each cherish the memories we have of all of the things we did here. My boys loved to climb the tree in the backyard by the fence. Many a summer afternoon was spent in that tree with make believe aliens and dragons, and ladders built so that their little sister could join.

The upstairs bedrooms hold secrets shared between sisters on warm, breeze cooled evenings, and 23 years of cozy nights waiting for Santa. The yard is so perfect for gatherings of friends and family, and the home itself is so cozy for warm evenings of games and puzzles, and cooking together in the spacious kitchen.

The neighbors are lovely and became almost like family to us, and the community is great, with the elementary school right around to corner, and so many parks and playgrounds, dining and shopping, libraries and culture, all within easy reach. My husband took the metro to work, and the kids would all wait patiently for his return and excitedly announce his arrival home as they watched him walk up the street from the station.

Writing this brings up so many emotions. I know we will all miss our home on Bangor so much, and we will carry the memories made there forever, and yet I feel a sense of excitement for all of the possibilities that await the next owners of our wonderful house!
