FROM THE OWNER Dear Prospective Home Buyer, We have lived in this home for the past 5 years and in the Silver Spring area for 13 years and have loved every minute of it. This was our first home and could not have asked for a better place to call home. We work remotely now and have the opportunity to move anywhere in the country.

We would love to stay for another 13 years but feel it would be a wasted adventure not to take advantage of that freedom.

The first thing people say when they walk in to the home is what a cute and amazing space it is. All your friends will be jealous you found such an awesome place in an up and coming neighborhood.

The ceilings are high, windows are tall, and the light that shines in bathes the house with warmth and brightness. Although it’s just blocks from a major commercial area, the feel is more of a quiet residential neighborhood. Everything you will need is within walking distance. We often don’t drive our cars for days at a time and forget which side the gas tank is on when it’s finally time to fill up.

The walls of this home have been filled for the past 5 years with the sounds of laughter, love and music. My fiancé and I fell in love here, got engaged here and spent some the happiest years of our lives within these walls. As we set off on new adventures we may shed a tear or two thinking back on how great the days were spent in this home.
