Dear Prospective Home Buyer, Our family has lived in this home for the past 14 years and it has been an amazing experience.

Our children have grown up here and the love shown to this home has been enormous.

The Fair Oaks community is fantastic. The kids and their friends grew up together and spent countless hours riding bikes through the streets or playing sports in the yards. The 4th of July is a big event in the neighborhood with a parade, bike decorating contest and fire trucks to explore as you eat donuts and drink coffee with your neighbors. These are just examples of the things that keep the community close throughout the year. It really is a wonderful family atmosphere in the community.

While our community feels very quiet and suburban, we are close to everything. We have easy access to I-66, US 50, and the Fairfax Country Parkway.
