Dear Prospective Home Buyer, I bought this home when I was ready to have a space that was all my own. I was drawn to the vibrant neighborhood, historic building, and access to Rock Creek Park. This unit is unique though. It has spectacular views, and because it is set back from the street, it is surprisingly quiet for being right amidst the city's bustle. Randolph Towers has a wonderful community of mostly first-time homeowners like us, many of whom have become good friends.
