VIRTUAL RECREATION PROGRAMS Virtual Recreation will bring programs right to you and your family in order for you to stay inspired, connected and creative. Once payment has been received, you will receive an email with all the program information, link, and supply list (if needed).

SWSRA uses Zoom Video Communications as the platform to run virtual programs. You will need to make sure you have a solid, stable connection to the internet, a good headset for either your computer or phone, minimal background noise and minimal distractions in order to have a successful program(s). BINGO: Who doesn't like a good game of BINGO? Each BINGO game winner will have their name entered into a drawing at month end. The more times you win, the greater chance you have for winning the overall monthly prize. Coffee Talk: Grab your favorite morning beverage (water, tea, coffee, juice,etc.) and begin your morning talking with your peers. Lunch with Friends: Bring your lunch and socialize with your friends. We will discuss current events, video games, movies and much more! Total Trivia: Who doesn’t like testing your knowledge at fun trivia!? Every week we will do a trivia game while also learning about different subjects and topics! Sign up for Total Trivia and don’t get stumped! Zoo Tours: We will visit a different zoo or aquarium each week and learn about various animals. Participants can share fun facts that they know about each animal!

VIRTUAL CLUB Baker's Club

Have a sweet tooth and are interested in learning a new recipe each week? During this 3 week program bakers will learn a new recipe step by step to share with others! BOWLING Do you want to have a “striking” good time with your friends at the alley? Bowling with SWSRA gives you that opportunity to have fun and be with your friends at the same time! Our bowling program provides a chance for all ability levels to participate in this fantastic sport. Please note the numbers next to each option. This is how you will sign up on the registration page. Fee Includes: one or two game(s) of bowling, shoe rental, one t-shirt per year, and staff supervision. As soon as bowlers are finished with all of their games, they are free to go home with a designated guardian. Occasionally, games move quickly and may cause some bowlers to be done before 6:00pm. • Parents and guardians are encouraged to pick up and drop off participants only. • Participants must be able to independently walk in and out of the bowling facility. • Once the participant completes their games staff will walk participants to the front door. • Participants must be able to complete each game independently. BASKETBALL SKILLS & DRILLS Join us in a pre-Special Olympics season program, where the athletes will be able to work on their dribbling, shooting and passing skills before the big season begins!

SPECIAL OLYMPICS COYOTES BASKETBALL Get ready SWSRA Coyotes! Basketball season is right around the corner, and we are looking for swsra a athletes like YOU to join our team! We will be competing at weekly games as well as two tournaments. So grab your sneakers and a ball, and let’s go shoot some hoops! All players must have a SWSRA Coyotes uniform.

Fee includes: equipment, ITRS tournament fee and staff supervision. SPECIAL OLYMPICS COYOTES BASKETBALL INDIVIDUAL SKILLS Want to enhance your dribbling, shooting and passing skills? This program is designed for you! This program will prepare you for the Special Olympics Player Developmental Individual Skills tournament. Skills events will include: spot shot, 10-meter dribble and target pass. Competition is only for player development; there will be no advancement to State games. Fee includes: equipment and staff supervision. PILLO POLO Have you ever tried pillo polo? If not, this is your chance! Pillo Polo is a fun game very similar to sports such as floor hockey. This is a fun sport that will be exciting for everyone who participates, so come sign up and join this fun active sport. Make it your GOAL! Fee includes: equipment and staff supervision. How about trying several different sports?! At SWSRA we will be offering a different sport every week to play and have fun! SOCIALITES SWSRA socialites are back in action! We do a wide variety of exciting social activities and outings in the community that you don't want to miss. Sign up early because this program is popular!

NATURE WALK Let's take a walk together at Lake Katherine. We will enjoy the sounds of the birds chirping, feel the breeze and see what different types of animals, trees and flowers we can find. Participants must wear gym shoes and are encouraged to bring a filled water bottle. Individuals must be able to physically tolerate outdoor elements and terrain.
