Covering the southern end of the Tri-City region, Batavia, established as one of the earliest settlements in 1833, grew alongside its neighboring communities of Geneva and St. Charles. Together, these three cities came to be known as the Tri-Cities, recognized for their early economic strength driven by the Fox River.
The river’s waterpower attracted numerous factories and businesses, helping the area thrive. Batavia, in particular, became a global leader in windmill production, earning the title “The windmill manufacturing capital of the world.” The

city’s growth was also shaped by waves of new settlers, including a significant number of Scandinavian immigrants who worked in Batavia’s windmill factories and stone quarries. Batavia has also been home to several nationally recognized individuals, including Mary Todd Lincoln and Marion Moon, mother of astronaut Buzz Aldrin.
Today, Batavia continues to demonstrate strong regional collaboration, contributing to significant retail and professional growth.
Ever since the Herrington Family helped found Geneva more than 19 decades ago, our little corner of the world has defined itself with a spirit of collaboration between respective governing bodies, civic organizations, businesses both large and small and an active, passionate citizenry.
In our emergence as one of the Midwest’s most popular and respected communities, Geneva recognizes that our success is rooted in the collective embrace of opportunities that elevate our brand while never sacrificing our authenticity.

Geneva’s many neighborhoods express their own unique personality and offer a diverse and in-demand housing environment. Our dynamic business footprint boasts global, national and regional companies. Our shopping, dining and entertainment ethos continues to capture the imagination of people near and far.
If it’s true that the more things change the more they stay the same, then Geneva’s journey from 1835 to present day epitomizes that phrase.
Welcome to St. Charles, the Pride of the Fox! As a lifelong resident and now its 20th Mayor, St. Charles is where I grew up, chose to raise a family, coached youth sports and dedicated many years to public service.

offering a wide range of businesses, services and employment opportunities. Enjoy timeless architecture; a thriving dining, arts and entertainment scene; lush forest preserves and miles of scenic trails throughout the Fox River Valley. St. Charles truly has it all.
I invite you to visit St. Charles and experience firsthand the beauty, energy and community spirit that makes our city so special.

First Home Remodeling, LLC
With expert hands and family heart, we recently launched First Home Remodeling and Renovation. After a decade of mastering the trades, our family decided it was time to bring a new level of personal care to our neighbors, and to bridge the gap between high-end craftsmanship and the dedicated service only a family-owned business can provide.
While our company is a fresh name in the community, the expertise behind it is seasoned by ten years of hands-on experience in every

facet of the industry. We believe that your home should be your sanctuary, and we treat every project with the same precision we’d use in our own living room. Whether you’re looking to modernize your kitchen or revitalize your entire home, we’re here to turn your vision into a reality.
As area locals, we value our community and want to provide the best for our clients. We’re not just building spaces, we’re building a legacy of trust, one Tri-City home at a time.

Selling or even buying a home isn’t just a transaction. It’s memories taped into cardboard, rooms that hold stories and the panic of asking, “Are we making the right move?”
It’s packing, fixing things from 2017, juggling kids, dogs, dinner and work, until your plate is overflowing and someone hands you a side dish labeled, “Good luck.”
You don’t need another checklist. You need a slightly savage, emotionally regulated field guide to not screwing it up.
You want to lead this sale — not just list it. You’re wondering, “What if we mess this up and regret everything?”
Here’s the truth: you’ve built something real. When it’s time to sell, that story deserves more than a rush job and a yard sign.
We wrote that field guide.
We’re Cornerstone Homes — powered by Keller Williams Inspire, Geneva. Scan the code, grab the books and let it hand you the flashlight.
Lead first. Sell smart. No regrets.

For Matt Sidman, leadership has always started at home. Raised in St. Charles and shaped by his time at Marmion Academy and the University of Illinois, he learned that meaningful relationships, at home and in business, are built the same way: be present, never miss a moment, put people first and earn trust.
Lead with the heart; step forward with the mind.
That philosophy became the foundation of Teqworks, co-founded alongside his father, Jerry, a fellow alumnus of Big-5 consulting.

Together, they set out to build a technology firm where partnership, trust and people come before transactions. Today, Teqworks is known for technology that feels human again: clear, accountable and deeply personal.
For Matt, that commitment to people reaches far beyond the office. He serves on the boards of CASA Kane County and the St. Charles Chamber of Commerce, supports local nonprofits and proudly shares a generational bond with his son, also a Marmion graduate and Illini trumpet player, proving that legacy is lived, not claimed.
Revelry 675 is a premier event venue serving the Tri-Cities.
Nestled along the scenic Fox River in Batavia, it has quickly become one of the area’s most distinctive gathering places. Modern elegance blends effortlessly with the natural beauty that makes it so special, creating a space where memorable moments unfold.
In 2022, owner Shuki Moran, a visionary event planner with over 25 years of experience, brought his dream to life. The open layout flows seamlessly from the elegant reception room to a cozy outdoor patio, offering breathtaking riverfront views — especially

at sunset — and a warm, inviting ambiance. A stairway leads down to a serene lawn, where a modern gazebo overlooks the river, perfect for ceremonies.
Outside catering is allowed, and the professional, experienced and caring team ensures every event is seamless and unique. Revelry 675 proudly supports local organizations and charitable events, making it more than a venue — it’s a place where memories and community come together.

Drawing on that leadership experience, she has provided executive coaching for 8 plus years to a diverse set of leaders.

And this is just the business side. Her biblical skills, wisdom and knowledge are priceless because we want everything we do to align with Christ. She is so caring, intentional, genuine, courageous and authentic. She is rare. And I really mean this: Our business would not be where it is without her, and it has seen unprecedented success.” Tina J., business owner, PlusOne coaching client.

Hacienda Real

grazing tables — is designed to bring people together in a way that feels both effortless and unforgettable.
Chi-cuterie proudly partners with local farms, artisans and small businesses, thoughtfully sourcing premium cheeses, cured meats and fresh, seasonal accompaniments that celebrate both flavor and craftsmanship, as well as a curated beverage selection.
