To place an order, or if you have any questions on products, call toll-free 1-800-621-5584. Our business hours are 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. cst Monday-Friday. To fax an order, state the product number and quantity needed along with your shipping address and phone number. Minimum order is $25.00. Orders received by mail should include all freight charges.

MINIMUM ORDER

Minimum order is $25.00 including all credit card orders. Products are shipped in case lots only. Please inquire on availability of less than minimum for certain items, at an additional charge.

PAYMENT

Master Card, Visa, American Express, or advanced payment by check are the optional methods. We also accept COD money order for first time orders when not charging by credit card and COD check for approved customers. Pre-payments must include shipping charges. Illinois residents must include 7% sales tax. Please call for correct amount. Net 30 accounts may be established by mailing or faxing a letter of authorization, three business references with phone numbers and your bank address and phone number on company letterhead. International orders are pro-forma invoice or credit card. We are not responsible for any additional bank charges. Please note on COD orders, extra charges are placed on each box by UPS.

SHIPPING

Shipments are F.O.B. our factory. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours, however due to higher order volume from October–December, we cannot guarantee that orders will be shipped the same day they are received. Shipments are routed via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. UPS Next Day Air and Second Day Air are available at additional cost. Parcel Post, Comercial Truck, or other express services are available through a number of other carriers – Please call.

RETURN POLICY

All returns must be pre-approved and have a return authorization number to receive proper merchandise credit. Returns must be made within 30 days from date of purchase and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Merchandise must be in new condition. Only full cases are accepted for approved returns. Seasonal merchandise and film are not returnable.

RETURNED ORDERS

Customers are responsible for freight charges on all returned orders due to refused shipments, improper ordering, insufficient funds, etc.

NSF CHECKS

A $25.00 fee will be charged on all checks returned due to insufficient funds. All prices subject to change without notice.

CUSTOM IMPRINTING

Custom imprinting orders require a 100 piece minimum and can be placed via fax or e-mail with customer service. Advise us of item number, imprint color, imprint location, and font type. For specific color requirements, please provide a PMS number. Die charge is per color, per imprint location. Imprinting is per color, per imprint location. Lead time for imprinted orders is 5 days from approval of artwork; plus shipping time. Rush charges may apply on orders that are requested in less than 5 days.

GENERAL LOGO REQUIREMENTS

THE QUALITY OF YOUR ARTWORK WILL DETERMINE THE QUALITY OF OUR IMPRINT. Supplied artwork must be clean, the lines & type crisp (no rough edges or lines) and the colors must be continual tone. WE CAN NOT IMPRINT HALFTONES, SCREENS OR SHADOWS. Reversed or fine line artwork is not recommended and factory will not be responsible for the quality of the imprint. Factory is not responsible for errors from handwritten copy. Factory reserves the right to request that new artwork be supplied or the order will be refused. If artwork does not meet these requirements an art charge may apply.

E-MAIL or ELECTRONIC FILE REQUIREMENTS

Our graphic computers are Windows based PCs. All files must be a compatible format. The factory uses the latest versions of Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop. Artwork must be vector art with type/fonts converted to outlines or curves. For scanned images, minimum resolution is 600 dpi. Artwork can not be larger than 8 MB.

Actual imprint color may vary depending upon material & color of item.
