full day of activities were in store for the West Islip community during homecoming on October 10th, beginning with an exciting parade and culminating in the Varsity Football Lions’ crushing 41-0 shutout of visiting Centereach. Homecoming king and queen Jacob Semcken and Rachel Swenson, crowned as Mr. and Miss West Islip, were driven in cars as part of the parade and recognized on the field. Congratulations!
