New Planter Unveiled
T
he West Islip Beautification Society thanks Royal Star Associates for its generous contribution of the supplies and labor to restore the West Islip Marina Planter. The planter was destroyed during Sandy at the end of October 2012, when it was washed away as the Great South Bay waters surged toward Montauk Highway. The replacement planter is of superior quality to its predecessor.
