he children in Miss Sheridan’s Pre-K class at Our Lady of Lourdes School in West Islip are learning all about equality this month. The students conducted an experiment where they observed brown and white eggs. They had to express the ways the eggs were different on the outside based just on their looks, and then on the inside once they were cracked open. Everyone enjoyed this fun and informative lesson.
