FitKids exercise class was recently conducted during the JFK Elementary School’s Wellness Week. Taught by a certified Kid Fitness Instructor, Linda Waltman, students experienced a fun class while learning the benefits of exercising. Children in grades 4 and 5 are shown here enjoying the activities. Thanks to Ms. Waltman for taking the time to teach this class. All the children had a great time getting fit!
