uffolk County Legislator Tom Barraga presented fourth graders with Certificates of Merit for their participation in the Suffolk County Legislature’s Annual Be Pool Smart poster contest. Fourth grade student from Oquenock Elementary School in West Islip designed a poster to promote the importance of pool safety. The design by Grace Iehle was picked as the winner at Oquenock Elementary for the 11th District.
