Native Showcase
ourth-graders at Marion G. Vedder Elementary School in North Babylon hosted a Native American Museum, showcasing their artistic talents to their families and community residents. The students displayed their art, which included dioramas, drawings, paintings and collages, and explained them to the guests. The students’ projects depicted village recreations, tribes, artifacts and Native American lifestyles.
