§155-12. RV/Campers
A. No camper, camper trailer, mobile home or house trailer shall be stored outside any place in the Village on public or private property for more than 2 hours absent approval of the Village Board of Zoning Appeals.
A. In making such determination, the Board of Appeals shall consider the following factors:
(i) Whether such vehicle exceeds 7 feet in height
(i) Whether such vehicle exceeds 20 feet in length
(i) Whether the weight of such vehicle exceeds 10,000 pounds
(i) Whether such vehicle is operational and owned by and registered to the owner of the property, and bears current license registrations as applicable
(i) Whether such vehicle will be parked or stored in a garage or driveway and on an approved driveway surface
(i) Whether such vehicle will be the only camper, camper trailer, mobile home or house trailer stored on the respective lot and what other vehicles
