ast Islip High School’s varsity softball team volunteered at Farmingdale College’s annual Have A Heart For The Homeless event on March 31st. Aided by coach Jason McGowan, these altruistic players brought in clothes, canned goods and other items; handed out candles and coats; did face painting; and helped families in need throughout the night. Thanks to all those who participated in this event.
