tudents at Islip’s Sherwood Elementary School enjoyed ecological gardening and exploring a marvelous interactive STEM “museum” as part of the school’s annual STEM Day. The PTA-sponsored event provides essential promotion of science, technology, engineering and math. This year’s STEM Day featured a special collaborative effort with the local Seatuck Environmental Association.
