Deer Park Girls Track Stars
Succeed At Stanner Games
Deer Park High School’s girls track team successfully competed in the Molloy Stanner Games at The Armory in New York City on Jan. 15. Junior Alex Geosits, who finished first in both the 300-meter, with a time of 42.93, and the 600-meter, with a time of 1:36.89, was honored with the Outstanding Individual Performer award. With an impressive leap of 10.25 meters, senior Natalia Lee finished fourth overall in the triple jump and currently sits in the top 10 in Suffolk County.
