wenty-four 6th grade students in Paul Harvey’s English class at Copiague Middle School recently had their articles and artwork featured in six editions of Newsday’s Kidsday section from March 7th-12th. For the assignment, students worked individually or in groups to develop articles that would be published in the newspaper. To assist with the writing process, Patrick Mulooly visited the 6th graders to brainstorm topic ideas.
