s a fun extracurricular project for Halloween, students at Northwest Elementary School worked collectively with their parents and family members at home to decorate a pumpkin inspired by their favorite storybook. Some of the book characters the students’ pumpkin creations represented include Princess Jasmine from Aladdin, Batman and a minion from the book Minions. Pictured are some of the participants.
