Tribute To Mandela
tudents at Amityville Memorial High School honored the memory of the late South African President and anti-apartheid revolutionary Nelson Mandela with a special assembly highlighted by a viewing of the movie Invictus in the school auditorium. Additionally, students signed and wrote messages of unity and peace on an artistic portrait poster of Mandela, which will be sent to the South African Consulate.
