Start Your Day With A Healthy Breakfast You have probably heard the advice - actually, how could you have missed it unless your head has been buried in the sand, or your phone, since the advent of social media. Anyway, we digress. The advice, oh yes, the advice is to eat a healthy breakfast. It starts you off properly and it gives you a base to get through the morning with energy and a bright smile. Any nutritionist Queens is going to tell you it gives you a kick to the day. And, here’s the thing - it’s true. Breakfast is sufficiently important that places with a social conscience provide school breakfasts for children they suspect don’t get one at home. It is sort of that fundamental. If kids need to have breakfast to get their learning on, you probably need it to focus on the computer all morning.

What are you supposed to have for this breakfast which is going to do you so much good? Well, the bad news is not the big commercial cereals, although the feeling from those who know is having cereal is still better than nothing. There’s another point in breakfast’s favor. They’d rather you eat something that has fructose corn syrup than nothing. The evidence is piling up. Americans like eggs for breakfast. It’s something of a national love affair.
