Assisted architects and principals with conceptual design, model-making, site surveys, construction, technical drawings, and furniture design on-site in Chiang Mai, Thailand

Worked along with a Design studio from Auroville, India, on the reconstruction of a residential backyard, from conceptualization to execution, designing, material sourcing, and overseeing the day-to-day construction. Managed project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, achieving on-time completion within allocated budgets.

Assisted Principal architect at a small scale high-end residential architecture firm in Anchorage, Alaska; rendering, drafting, site surveying, BIM modelling, 3D printing, etc. Primarily worked on three housing projects focusing on conceptual and design development phases.

Stewart L. Brown Memorial Scholarship Award

AIA Pgh Award Winner

Recipient of the Spring 2024 Stewart L. Brown Memorial Scholarship, issued by the Pittsburgh chapter of the AIA, a $10,000 award that supports a Carnegie Mellon Architecture student in the fourth year of the Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) program. The scholarship recognizes professional promise in terms of attitudes and scholastic achievement. It is awarded each year to a student interested in pursuing professional practice after graduation. Used the funds from the awards towards spending a summer interning at Yangnar Studio, in Chiang Mai, Thailand and exploring the culture of architecture and making in the Northern region of the country.

Founded the first architectural fabrication club at Carnegie Mellon funded by the School of Architecture aimed at increasing knowledge of craft by organizing workshops and trips, with over 250 members.

Burdett Assistantship Award

School of Architecture Awards Recipient

Winner of SoA’s $4,000 award open to all students intended to support projects and activities that will enhance the winning students’ future work. Research proposal focuses on studying and documenting vernacular architecture in South and Southeast Asia with the goal of understanding its role in water and biodiversity conservation. Travel to Thailand and Bali as a part of the research was conducted.
