INFIRMARYPROTOCOLS

• Othermedicines(exceptforfever)foradultsandstudentswillnotbeprocuredand stockedintheinfirmarystrictly

• Studentsmustbeescortedwithteachers-PYPonly

• IncaseofSS-Infirmarypermissionnotewillbeimplemented,whichwillbefilledbythe subjectteacherpermittingthestudents'visit.Pleasecollectthisnotefromthefront desk-Ms.Prajnaon6thJulyandcarrythisduringyourclasses

• Thenursewillprovidetreatmentonlyafterreceivingthisnotefromthestudentand updateitinherrecords,followingwhichamedicalnotewillbeissuedfortheteacher andtheparent

• Minorcutsandinjuriessuchassprain,musclepull,fall,cramps,cuts,bruises,scrapes, anyotherminorinjury,visittheinfirmary

• Incaseofmajorinjurieslikefracture,profoundbleeding-immediatelyshifttoManipal Hospital(Dehydration,anklesprain,heatstroke,brokenbone,ligamenttear,head injury,hearttrouble,drowning,lacerationwithcuts,concussion,neckandspinalinjury oranyothermajorinjury)

• Updateandregistersuchincidentsinthe register,asandwhenoccurred,keeping programEAsintheloop

• Thenursewillcoordinateforinfirmary relatedincidents

• TheseincidentswillbereportedintheChild ProtectionCommittee(CPC)meetings

EARLYEXITANDCHANGEINPICK UP

• An‘earlyexitandchangeinpickupform’willbeimplemented.Mustbe notifiedbytheparentonorbefore12:00pmforaparticularday

• Anyrequestpost12:00pmwillnotbeacceptedandhencemustbeinformed totheparents

• AlltheparentsarerequestedtocarrypickupIDcardsduringthedispersal

• Incaseofearlyexit,changeinpickupordispersalwithoutpickupIDcard, thisformwillbesignedbytheHeadsandonlythenthestudentwillbe allowedtoexitorchangeinpickup

• TheprogramEAswillfilltheformandgetitapprovedfromtheProgram headsorcoordinators

• Withoutissuingthisform,thesecuritywillnotpermitstudenttoexitfromthe campus

• Ms.PrajnaandMs.Shilpawillmaintainthesheetonadailybasistoregister suchstudentsofearlyexitorchangeinpickupcases

• Teacherswillbetheinchargetomonitorthesafetyofthe studentsonthebus

• 2studentswillbeappointedasBusCaptainandVicecaptain toensuresafetyduringthedispersal

• Changeinbusroutebythestudentandstaffwillnotbe entertained

• Driversareinstructedtodonotstopatanylocationexcept theroutelist

• Followingthebusetiquettesismandatory

COVIDPROTOCOLS

Incaseofsymptomatic-FeverorCOVIDsymptoms:

• DonotattendtheschoolandinformtheReportinghead immediately

• GettheRTPCRtestdoneandresumeschoolwithanegativetest report
