FURNITURE AND MATERIAL SELECTION

FLOOR PLAN SCALE: 1/2” = 1’-0”

Flexibility, durability, and sustainability were prioritized when selecting furniture and materials. A convertible sleeper sofa that offers versatile lounge and sleeping options is upholstered in Interior Define's Performance velvet, enhancing the seating's durability with 100,000 Wyzenbeek double rubs while remaining soft and plush. Recycled walnut veneer clads most of the built-ins in the apartment, while the kitchen counters and backsplash feature Cambria's Warwick quartz slab. The client's heirloom easel is reused in the space.
