Who are the RDC XII SeCom Chairs and Co-Chairs?

The Sectoral Committees (SeComs) are responsible for providing the Regional Development Council (RDC) with appropriate information and recommendations on matters concerning regional development. Among their functions are to serve as clearing houses of all issues and concerns affecting the sector which require action at the level of the RDC.

The SeComs are jointly headed by the Chairperson and Co-Chairperson, whose term shall coincide with the regular term of local elected officials. Per the approved RDC XII Reorganization Guidelines and RDC XII Manual of Operations, the Chairperson of the SeComs shall come from the RDC XII Private Sector Representatives and the Co-Chairperson from the Government Sector (Local Chief Executives or Regional Directors/Heads of National Government Agencies or Instrumentalities in the region).
