Thank you for a fantastic 2017 season with the NJGT! Being my first year with the NJGT, it has truly been a great experience for me. I got to meet several of our NJGT players and families over the summer and this program could not be represented by a better group of people! I am excited to be a part of something so great and I look forward to the years ahead of us.

As we look back on our 2017 season, there were many exciting things that happened! Everything from multiple hole –in-ones to record-low scores. Junior Golf: Make it a Priority As a PGA Professional I have an unique opportunity to have an impact on someone else's life through teaching the game I love. This is why I find junior golf to be so important, to set our youth up for success on and off the golf course. We do a great job of this at Miracle Hill by offering various programs for ages 5 through high school of all different skill levels. A key to the success of our programs is that they are all offered once a week for the entire summer, which gives them the best opportunity to learn, practice, and play. We make golf fun and give the kids goals to strive for through our unique bag tag system. No matter where a junior joins our program, we get them set up on a pathway to success from SNAG golf to Instructional League and Team Golf. We mix up instruction with games and contests (relay races, water balloons, Golfzilla) to get the kids excited and geared up each week. Plus it’s a lot of fun coming up with new games to use, too. We've worked hard the last few years to emphasize we're a safe and family friendly facility, and now were getting kids to come out and just hang out at the facility for the day, which is really cool to see at a public facility. What really reassured what we're doing is the last Parent/Child event we hosted, not only with the turnout we had but the fun I saw families having together. Family is first with me and that's what I try to instill with our junior golf families, that time spent together on the golf course is second to none. This is what motivates me everyday to become a better Professional and role model for these kids.
