Together, we’ll all find answers to the question: “Why here?” And together, we’ll continue to build an even greater Nebraska.

This year’s Expo will answer the question: “How is your work creating a greater community together?” NCF affiliated funds from across the state will bring photos, campaign materials, videos, and more to tell their stories about creating a greater community. Across the state, small towns are dreaming big – about growing populations, neighbors working together, a vision people can relate to, and the charitable investment needed to pull it off. Start the day with the building blocks necessary to create an even greater community. Hear about hometowns across the state where a growing number of people who, in the 21st century, can choose to live wherever they want, are choosing right here in Greater Nebraska. Across the state, communities are discovering everything and everyone we need is right here.

Morning Breakouts: Identify Your Greatest Assets The essential role of an affiliated fund is to empower the community to be its own agent of change by identifying local assets, making the case for investing locally and, ultimately, taking action. Our Morning Breakouts focus on communities that are catalyzing change and taking control over their future. Learn how an asset-based approach can help you uncover hidden strengths, how improvement efforts are more effective and longer-lasting when community members dedicate their own time, talent, and treasure, and how an unrestricted endowment can help make dreams a reality. Breakout sessions will focus on helping you answer the question: “Endowment for what?” by offering the chance to dig into the following areas: • • • •
